Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

A courtyard in front and a garden in the back to enjoy the sun. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops, convenient for people traveling or on weekends. Pets not allowed.

The Edouardine in Champagne

L'Edouardine is a guest house renovated in 2018 on our farm. The place is green in a hamlet of a small Champagne village. Composed of a large living room with open kitchen and three beautiful bedrooms, each with its own walk-in shower and private toilet. For a weekend booking and upon request, you would have the opportunity to be welcomed on Friday from the end of the morning and leave on Sunday no later than 4 p.m.

In the garden six chairs to relax with a sandbox for children and a barbecue. The cottage consists on the ground floor of a dining room, a kitchen , a toilet, two bedrooms and a bathroom . Our house has all the modern amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. The interior is spacious and nicely decorated. The living room is the perfect place to relax with a book or watch a movie on the flat-screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.
