Waterfront holiday rentals in Channel Islands

We stayed in apartment 38 for a week in July 2021. It exceeded my expectations and the pictures do not do it justice (the pictures make it look a bit dated but it really isn’t). It is a lovely 3 bed apartment - very clean throughout. The bedrooms and bathroom are on the first floor and the stairs lead up to the living area and kitchen! The kitchen comes with a fridge, dishwasher, cooker and oven. You also get all your basic cooking utensils and dishes alongside cleaning products including dishwasher tablets. One thing I would suggest is taking some tupperware to store your food in or if you want to make a picnic. The description also stated they provided cooking oil - but there wasn’t any - so it’s worth taking some if you want to make a full english in the morning. We ordered a Tesco online shop which was delivered straight to the apartment without any problems. Note, the pools (indoor and outdoor) are not heated so can be quite cold. The indoor pool area is a bit tired looking with the paint peeling off the floor - but the kids still had a fab time. The gym is also well equipped with weight and cardio machines…but again some of the padding on the machines are a bit worn. Overall we had a fab time, the views are amazing. Meadfoot beach is literally on the doorstep and the town is only a 15min walk away. Paignton beach (10min drive) is great for the kids if you want a bit more hustle and bustle i.e. Pier with arcades and fairground. Also recommend The Inn on the Green for lovely pub grub - they are directly opposite the Paignton pier and the staff were fab too.

This apartment has the wow factor. It was luxurious, well appointed and warm. The sea views were amazing and it was great to be able to access the wonderful beach from the balcony and listen to the waves in bed. My husband had told Susan we were celebrating an anniversary and she left wine and chocolates for us, which was a lovely touch. It was easy to walk into the centre, or you could catch a bus from the stop nearby. We highly recommend this beautiful property.

A great apartment facing the harbor, super well isolated, once closed we listen to nothing. The apartment is as described, well arranged, super clean, a super functional kitchen, everything is well thought out. Great walks to do or by boat to go to CHAUSEY Island. A very nice stay.

Pleasant apartment to live in. We felt right at home. A bottle was waiting for us to welcome us and that makes the positive difference. The residence is quiet and close to everything: the sea, the museum, shops, restaurants... We were able to walk around. The car stayed in its parking spot. In addition, Stéphane is an attentive and responsive host. We recommend it!

We had a lovely stay at the apartment. It’s perfectly located right on the beachfront, overlooking Juno Beach. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. Would definitely stay again!

If you are looking for an apartment with a fantastic location this spot would be ideal. Located in Kingswear there are stunning views across to the Dartmouth embankment and harbour made more picturesque with the steam railway passing by. The apartment is immaculately presented with the kind gesture of milk and biscuits on arrival, all home comforts and a beautiful balcony which captures the sun and adds to the appeal. There are 2 pubs and wine bar within a five minute walk and 2 fine dinning restaurants amongst many other eateries across in Dartmouth. We can’t thank our host enough for a great stay.

We had a wonderful time in Binic. The house is comfortable, spacious, very well equipped, ideally located. The enclosed garden, the terrace sheltered from the wind, the summer kitchen allow you to take meals outside, enjoy the sun and outdoor games with the children. The ability to park the car in the garden driveway is not insignificant! We sincerely thank our hosts for their considerate hosting, their availability, their attention. A cozy house for a we with friends. Charming house in a charming environment. Full of information sent by Marc and his wife. In short, a really nice time at their place. Just a small downside on the medium quality bedding. I still recommend this address 🙂

Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

Patrick and Marie are very empathic and helpful. It's a lovely warm cottage with excellent kitchen, washing machine and comfortable beds on the second floor.

Very nice house, located right next to the pretty port of Omonville, and the customs trail, spacious, well equipped, with a large kitchen. We'll be back!

Loved this stay. A peaceful break with stunning views. Actually nice to be away from the busyness of Dartmouth but still so easy to get across on the ferry. Have stayed in multiple places across Dartmouth, but this is my new go to. Big thanks to Matt for allowing me to leave a gift for my mum, who loved the pictures we sent so much she booked to stay the day we left!

We had a wonderful stay at Emmanuelle and Pierre's apartment! They were more than adorable, even offering us to pick us up by car upon arrival. They answered our questions and were flexible on arrival and departure. The apartment was spotless, the location very peaceful. We took advantage of the surrounding area to ride a bike for 4 days. We recommend eyes a second thought!

top accommodation in a beautiful environment. Close to walking trails. View of the exceptional accommodation from the various places on the terrace which is very large. The area is beautiful with many hikes or other things to do (St Malo by sea shuttle for example). Clément is very available and welcoming. We'll definitely be back.

A pleasant stay at Christianne and Michel's. Lovely hosts,a warm welcome. They took time to receive us and show us around. A super clean accommodation. Very quiet. All the necessary equipment to cook. Shower products and towels available. Essential grocery store in abundance . In short,we who came back from a stay in a cottage in France with a single dishwasher tablet for a week and 2 tea towels warmed our hearts! We would recommend it in a second!

We 100% recommend this apartment! It was perfect in every way for our long weekend in Brittany... Quiet, peaceful, impeccably clean, very well equipped... big plus for the terrace! What a pleasure to have the view of the sea! Very good communication with Chantal, a very caring host, attentive, responsive and strong with recommendations for unmissable places/visits in the region. We will be happy to return to this little cocoon facing the sea.

Stayed here over the New Year period and it was perfect. Great location, the sea view was spectacular and the log burner was a great addition given the cold weather. Local pubs were so friendly and food was great. Will definitely return, thank you.
