A very beautiful modern, spacious and comfortable apartment. It has everything you could need. It’s within easy walking distance to both city centre and the lovely Hoe and the Barbican area. Check in instructions were easy and nice having the underground garage parking space. The lift was an added bonus as was the balcony the full length of the apartment with sliding doors from both bedrooms and lounge. James was super helpful and very responsive. Had an absolutely fantastic stay and highly recommend this apartment and am hoping to return.

Beautiful views, easy check in, lovely clean and well equipped room. Meeting the rescued ducks a particular highlight for the children! Would be nice to have a bit more outdoor seating if possible.

Had a great visit! The accommodation is very well arranged, convenient and tastefully decorated. Its proximity to the beach is a real plus, ideal for enjoying the setting to the fullest. Beautiful apartment with a superb view of the sea and Granville. This is our 2nd stay and we will come back! The apartment is very functional and clean. And the very practical box. We came to find rest and comfort and it was perfect.

Emilie's place is in a fantastic location...just above a bay, with morning sun for breakfast on the terrace. We would have liked to have stayed a little longer.

A fabulous place for our stay. Quiet and private but close to all amenities which meant that we could walk everywhere. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. The little gifts left for us were the extra touch that made it even better. Thank you so much - we will definitely be back again and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a stay in Brixham.

Good location in the centre of town close to everything (including Juno Beach Centre). On the third floor so lots of stair climbing. Apartment is small but cute and the sofa bed is very comfortable.

Booked this Airbnb for a group of colleagues working in the area, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The location was excellent—convenient, close to everything we needed. Communication with the host was smooth and responsive throughout the entire process, and check-in was incredibly easy and hassle-free. I would definitely recommend this place to others and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future.

Great location for exploring the local area. Town center property but very quiet and peaceful. Walking distance to a good selection of shops and restaurants. Great to have a parking space in town and easy access to main road routes in and out of the area.

The studio is light and airy, nicely decorated and the views of the beach from the balcony and the window are great. Trestel beach is excellent,fine sand, big bay and facilities on hand. The pink granite coast is truly amazing and I would recommend both the area and this little studio

Lovely flat, beautifully equipped and presented, situated 2 minutes from the Hoe, 5 minutes from the city centre and maybe 10 minutes from the Barbican. Private parking space very handy. Ursula is an excellent, responsive host and instantly offered a refund when at very short notice I had to arrive a day late. My stay was for work purposes but it’d be equally good for a leisure break. Can't fault the flat or the host.

Excellent weekend spent in Dinard in this very well-appointed studio with its small terrace overlooking a pleasant private garden of the residence overlooking the beach with its direct access, great! Ideal location for the various walks around Dinard. Very friendly and smiling welcome by Patricia when we arrived. Afterwards, Christian, the owner from the city gave us valuable information to improve our stay, in addition, a very nice person. Very nice stay and very nice place.

A beautiful apartment! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed everything was. The space felt both cozy and luxurious, with tasteful decor, beautiful sea view, and all the amenities you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect and nice having the hotel next door. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, which made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Very responsive and friendly communication from Caroline who is concerned about our well-being. the comfortable and convenient apartment is very well equipped. it is in a well kept residence. We loved being a 7 minute walk to 2 beautiful little beaches. Very convenient also to visit Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... We highly recommend this apartment for its value for money/location!

The layout of the accommodation is very good and the view from the terrace (large and well furnished) is magnificent. Everything was great. A practical, well-equipped and soberly decorated accommodation, ideally located on the port of Grandcamp, in a perfectly secure residence. Everything is within walking distance, restaurants, shops and the beach...

We were 3 adults and spent 1 week in Katy's accommodation. The neighbourhood was quiet, accessible and close to some very nice small beaches and breathtaking views (5 min walk). We had a rental vehicle to get to the centre of Saint Malo in about ten minutes. Katy and her husband have always been reachable and friendly, whether to recommend outings and activities or to answer our questions about the apartment. The accommodation was very clean and welcoming: perfect for people who wander and want to recharge

We had a great time at Stephy's house who is a very charming host and always attentive, who gave us very good tips. It was a pleasure to stay at his apartment which is more than central. No need to take the car to go for the small morning errands, close to the beach, lots of good restaurants nearby. Stephy has always been responsive to our questions. Her place is full of everything and is beautifully decorated. We thank Stephy for his welcome, his little gift upon arrival and for sure, we will be back. Great stay, we highly recommend it!

Lovely stay, beautiful location and access to beach. Spa pass worth the money, note kids can only use pool between 8.30-10 and 4-6 so it got pretty busy at these times!
