Bed and breakfast holiday rentals in Channel Islands

During our bike trip on the Vélomaritime, we found Nadia's beautiful house. We were able to store our bikes safely, the room matches the photos and the night was quiet. Nadia is a very welcoming and warm person, we were delighted to spend our first night at her place! Also very responsive for exchanges before our arrival We obviously recommend 🙏🏼

Her good recommendation of restaurants and places to visit made our trip much easier and enjoyable. We would highly recommend staying at her B&B if you want to go to Mont Saint Michel. Belinda was very helpful about me needing to check in a bit early, very accommodating with my little dog, and also very welcoming and a lovely host. Breakfast was delicious - lovely granola with blueberries and yoghurt, perfect. She recommended various supper options and I tried the Cott Inn - fabulous food (I had the pea, shallot and sage tortelloni) and also dog friendly. I was visiting Totnes in order to go on a tour of the Agroforestry Research Trust which is a pioneering forest garden full of interesting edibles grown without needing much maintenance - ideal for growing healthy food at home alongside a busy lifestyle. The tour was great - and Belinda’s home was only a 15 min walk away, so it all worked out very well.

This BnB is spectacular! I cannot say enough good things about it! Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Caroline was such a wonderful host. She provided a highchair in the breakfast area and a pack-and-play in our room. Caroline even took the time to provide yogurt at breakfast for our 2-year old, who is less than adventurous eater. Her recommendations for restaurants in the area and tips on how to see the D-Day spots were very helpful. Location wise, this BnB is very close to all of the D-Day sights and a reasonable drive from Mont-Saint-Michel, and yet, is still so peaceful! I wish we would have been able to stay longer and even take a day to relax around the property and spend more time chatting with our host! 12/10, absolutely recommend and would definitely come back again!

Thank you for finding a solution for my dog who was afraid on the stairs, we were able to enjoy the stay properly. Comfortable, pleasant, isolated but not far from everything by car, all my criteria were met. Happy hosting =)

A one-night stay but the place is perfect. It's very clean, very pretty, and peaceful. The welcome from Malcolm and his wife is great! I recommend it 100% to discover this beautiful Normandy region.

This was the best Airbnb I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Jose and Ségolène made us feel so at home and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The room is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and well-kept. The breakfast was amazing - full of homemade pastries, bread, and jams and fresh coffee - truly delicious. Finally, the location is exquisite. The Airbnb is surrounded by quiet fields, beautiful walks and quaint villages - there’s endless things to explore. I highly recommend staying here for a peaceful, relaxing stay in beautiful surroundings with a lovely couple. We will be back!

Magnificent stop to visit the region on the banks of the GR and the maritime bike path. Breakfast is exceptional, we highly recommend this place. Anne Marie makes herself available and gives good advice.

In hiking mode on the weekend we spent a night at Valerie's. Everything was perfect, a little far from the GR and the port (on foot) but Valerie always offered to take us by car. Very kind and helpful, we will be happy to come back.

Pleasant stay of one night in a quiet location and close to the Gr 34 with a very friendly welcome from Claire and the dog Soda. A great discovery.

A wonderful stay at Sylvia's! Very welcoming host, available, with good recommendations for visiting the surroundings. The accommodation is in a quiet location with everything nearby. Very spacious, clean and well-decorated room. Sylvia is passionate and will be happy to share her knowledge with you. A very friendly time spent in their company! We highly recommend!!

Rachel was communicative, friendly and relaxed. She was up for a chat (and really interesting to chat with!), but also happy to leave me to it when I wanted time to myself. The house was really quiet and the area very beautiful. Recommend!

Frances and Nick were fantastic hosts and very hospitable. They welcomed us into their home and were very helpful with any questions we had. Their home is walking distance to the beach, local restaurants and shops. We really enjoyed our stay and would go again if we are on the island.

What a special experience to stay at Wilfrid’s. The renovations he’s done are incredible and yet has kept the authenticity and history the grounds are so peaceful and relaxing. My only wish is that we could have stayed longer.

Our stay at Anastasia’s home was truly one of the highlights of our trip to France. From the moment we arrived, she was so warm and welcoming—it felt like staying with a friend. Her hospitality was exceptional, and she made us feel completely at home. Her dogs were absolutely adorable and incredibly sweet. Our kids fell in love with them instantly and still talk about how much fun they had with them. In the morning we were treated to an amazing breakfast that was fresh, generous, and delicious—local breads, pastries and more. It was the perfect start to our day exploring Normandy. The home itself is stunning—beautifully decorated, full of charm, and impeccably clean. The surroundings were peaceful and picturesque, the kind of place you just don’t want to leave. We can’t recommend this stay highly enough and would return in a heartbeat. Merci beaucoup for such a special experience!

Really enjoyed my stay at Madeleine’s and had a nice conversation with her at breakfast. Was a lovely, comfortable room. Also enjoyed the little town of Pontorson - happened to be there on market day which was a neat experience. Would recommend highly to anyone. Thank you Madeleine!

Anne is a wonderful hostess, gave us a very warm welcome and recommendations! What a beautiful setting and the surroundings! Beautiful house and so quiet and peaceful just what we wanted in the magnificent Devon countryside. Exactly as in the photos and described. We stayed only one night unfortunately but would have loved to have stayed a week it was so beautiful there. Breakfast also was great and fresh sourdough bread Anne had just baked. Had a lovely walk around after breakfast and saw the horses, hens, sheep, stunning landscape and natural beautiful countryside. What a lovely dog Mack they have, he is so timid and welcoming also.
