Beachfront holiday rental in Channel Islands

Amy's cottage is just as advertised , location is perfect, right on the river beach, its easy to find, and just a short walk from train station. The shops and several little cafes , bakeries and pubs, are all within a short stroll , many are dog friendly. Amy's cottage has everything you could need and its all very clean cosy and comfortable .Amy was quick to answer my queries and gave me good directions for getting there. Thank you for a lovely seaside break , me and my little dog would love to stay again .

We had the best weekend staying in Amanada’s house celebrating a birthday it was beautiful. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos & my 2 year old loved looking out to sea every morning seeing the birds. We will definitely be returning in the future. Thank you so much ☺️ one bonus for families thinking of booking that I did not see prior to our stay is the stairgate at the top of the stairs to the kitchen it was perfect with 2 young children we could shut this off.

Wonderful location and comfortable, well designed home. A little village out on its own with so much character and some great walks which are medium hard but good distances either way - to the left in the next village the Cricket Inn is delicious food and friendly staff - to the right a lighthouse. The views and beach really make this place… as well as being a close drive to Salcombe and Dartmouth. The house being is well stocked, stylish and comfortable so makes for easy living. We were a family of 7 and a dog and would highly recommend it. We did a Sainsbury’s food delivery to the house twice to make getting groceries easy and that worked perfectly too.

Fantastic stay. Beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Could tell a lot of time and thought had gone into ensuring you had everything you needed and loads of really helpful information. Jamie and Tara were wonderful hosts; just next door if you needed but gave you lots of privacy too. Very responsive and flexible with check in time which was super helpful. Would definitely recommend.

Communication très reactive et sympathique de la part de Caroline qui est soucieuse de notre bien être. l'appartement comfortable et pratique est très bien équipé. il est dans une résidence bien tenue. On a adoré être à 7 minutes de marche de 2 très belles petites plages. Très pratique également pour visiter Saint Malo intra muros, Dinard, Dinan, cancale.... Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement pour son rapport qualité/prix/emplacement!

L’agencement du logement est très bien et la vue de la terrasse ( grande et bien aménagée ) est magnifique .Tout était au Top . Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir lors de notre prochain séjour à DOUARNENEZ .

Prenez ce qu’il y a de mieux pour passer un agréable séjour : du calme, un logement impeccable, un lieu reposant et proche de la mer. Vous y ajoutez un accueil des plus chaleureux de la part de Laure avec pleins de bons conseils 🤩et le tour est joué . Tout ça pour vous dire que c’était top . Merci

très bel emplacement avec piscine privée à mi chemin entre les falaises de plouha l ile de brehat et la côte de penthievre avec le cap d erquy et le cap frehel.....pour les amateurs de randos un vrai plus. Sans oublier les bains de mer à étables à la plage des gobelins où à Saint quaix . Merci à Hervé pour ses infos sur la région sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse. Le chocolat était délicieux. die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben! Lage genial und praktisch (man kann zu Fuss zum Strand, aber auch ins Dorf)! Das Highlight ist der geheizte Indoor-Pool, wir haben unsere 3 Jungs dort fast nicht mehr rausbekommen. die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir werden sicher auch wieder dorthin.

Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Barneville ! Le logement est tout à fait conforme à la description et aux photos, et est très bien situé. Tout est bien pensé pour accueillir les voyageurs, la salle de jeux et la piscine sont très appréciables (nous avons bien profité de la piscine avec des enfants en bas âge malgré sa profondeur). Et surtout nous remercions Céline pour sa réactivité et sa gentillesse !!

Irene’s place and the location were wonderful! Spacious house with comfortable large living room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Bedroom has beautiful sea views. There is a private patio with outdoor seating great for enjoying the sunshine. Short drive from cafes, restaurants and supermarket. Irene was quite accommodating at checking and checkout, great communication and excellent host.

Dit prachtige huis is zeer aan te raden. Allereerst door de prachtig ligging met mooi uitzicht op twee verdiepingen (woonkamer en slaapkamer) waar je maar geen genoeg van krijgt. Maar vooral ook door de rust en stilte, terwijl alle gemakken zoals supermarkten en restaurants op 5 minuten rij afstand zijn. Het allerbelangrijkste was echter de gastvrijheid: Anne-Francoise en Adeline zorgden voor een onvergetelijke ervaring! Ps let op: er is geen televisie. Ook het internet is niet echt snel. Voor ons geen enkel probleem overigens.

We had a wonderful stay at Talland Cliff side beach house, we stayed for two nights with our two children and Labrador, the property was clean and comfortable and had all the amenities we needed plus a few extra touches that added to our enjoyment, the family games and the hammock were a favourite for the children and sauna was an added luxury for us :) but without a doubt sitting on the decking and watching the sea was the most relaxing and wonderful thing for us to do! The beach is 5 minutes walk down the cliff side not too difficult but the climb back up may take a little longer but absolutely worth it for the trip down to the beach, there are a couple of coastal paths within a couple of miles of the property and a couple of small eateries close by for lunch with a view. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Loved our stay here. Very close to the beach and the city center but on a very quiet street, it was perfect for us. It also is located right near a great hiking trail , which we appreciated. Would love to come here again sometime.

Die Wohnung ist noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Der Blick aufs mehr war unbeschreiblich und das Meer, die Weite bei Ebbe so schön. Wir sind unendlich gelaufen .. das Wetter war super. Chantal ist immer erreichbar und gleichzeitig aber „unsichtbar“. Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit. Vielen Dank für alles !!!!

Très belle maison dans un endroit magnifique. Beaucoup de randonnées a faire dans une belle région. La maison est bien équipée et les chambres sont confortables.
