Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Channel Islands Harbor

We had a nice stay at this well equipped house with extended family and our dog. We appreciated the cleanliness, the many bathrooms, fluffy bath towels, and the short walk to the beach. We would stay here again.

Great location in a safe neighborhood! There was plenty of space for the six of us to spread out. The only things missing were Kleenex and paper towels. Tao was very responsive and understanding. We needed an early check-in and a late check-out due to the marathon, and he was very accommodating. Highly recommend his place!

This house is the perfect secluded getaway. It has an amazing pool and jacuzzi that you never want to leave with a spectacular view. It is hands down the most unique home I’ve ever been to. We loved interacting with the emu’s and there is the sweetest little cat that roams around the property. There are tons of lights switches everywhere that would at first seem overwhelming but everything is labeled very clearly making all navigation through the house a breeze. We would love to book this Airbnb again in the future.

The home was exactly as described, and it worked so well for our two families to share. The setting along the water was very peaceful and relaxing. We were so appreciative to be able to take the kayaks out and enjoy some downtime in the sauna. The kitchen was well stocked, and we enjoyed eating together on the deck. The home is walking distance to grocery stores, the beach, and a lovely harbor community. I only wish we had more time to stay. Tiana was incredibly responsive and understanding.

Our family booked this house for Thanksgiving week. It is in a quiet neighborhood with amazing views. The house was very clean and uncluttered. We had an amazing time together cooking, playing games and walking around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay again!!

Beautiful home, kind and helpful host, and lovely location. The home is so thoughtfully outfitted, from comfortable beds and furnishings to a fully equipped kitchen. Many nice touches included coffee (both ground and beans for those who like to grind their own), tea selections, snacks upon arrival and bedside mints, and a garage full of bikes and beach toys from boogie boards to beach chairs etc. The landscaping in the backyard is a haven for songbirds and also for guests! Sitting out there with a cup of tea or coffee guarantees moments of serenity. Just a short walk to the beach and Pierpont village, and a short drive to downtown Ventura. We can't wait to go back! Thank you, Lisa, for being such an amazing host.

Great comfy clean modern beach home. Shannon is very responsive to queries and has thought of everything. We stay in alot of vacation rentals and The Melrose is top notch. Generous and thoughtful host. Things like tons of good Pete’s coffee pods and creamer, teas etc. Popcorn Lots of extra supplies like kitchen items foils, ziplocks, paper towels, TP even bottled water. Beds were comfy, amazing spa master bath and a great quiet neighborhood too. Lots of beachtoys and even wetsuits for the whole family. Shannon was a joy to interact with too.

Catie's place was really clean and had everything you needed to have a good stay. So many interesting items to look at, and I feel like I need another stay to see everything. Lots to do on the outside property and plenty of games on the inside. The kitchen was WELL stocked and the beds comfortable. The common rooms are big with lots of places to sit. Close to great hiking areas and town. Book it you will love it!

Had a great time! Geoff and Annika were great hosts. The sauna was so nice after a long hike. The place was clean, peaceful private, and easy to get to. Easy check in and out.

Our five-month stay at this property was truly exceptional. Kerri and her team welcomed us and our pets with such warmth, making us feel like part of their family. The property is stunningly stylish and perfectly situated along Ventura’s vibrant Main Street. Whether you’re planning an extended stay or a weekend getaway, this home is an ideal choice. Our pets may have loved it even more than we did! We’re incredibly grateful to Kerri for her gracious hospitality, especially toward our furry companions. 10/10, highly recommend!

Everything was perfect about this stay. House was better than described or shown. Much larger than I thought it would be. Perfect for our family as we celebrated my son’s graduation from UCLA. Deck is great. Watched dolphins back and forth all day long. Slept to the ocean waves.

Great place if you want to explore Malibu and surrounding areas. Close to hikes, the beach and local drives are breathtaking. Shawn and crew were very responsive and helpful. The vibe is also so comfortable and just what you need for a stay. Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous location right on the beach AND walkable to some very nice restaurants and shops. The condo is well designed and furnished. Two full baths and well equipped kitchen. And a wonderful State Park beach is right underneath you. Not crowded, quiet, blissful week spending time with family and new grandchild!

As always when we've stayed before it was a marvelous experience, quiet, comfortable, & peaceful. The place was clean, prepared & well supplied for guests. We loved the closeness of the beach, however, the defining aspect for us is feeling relaxed & rejuvenated with each stay.

Absolutely the best stay ever, Julie was outstanding in her communication and her place was ideal in every regard. I can not even say to all that is so easily accessible from her location. Every need I had was obtained in less than 7mins from her residence. I felt completely at home and more than satisfied with my stay. Have recommended Julie to all my friends and personally will seek her out as my first choice for all future visits. 5stars for accessibility, cleanliness and every consideration being accounted for…Julie is a diamond and I’m a world traveler so you won’t be disappointed I can assure you of that 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

We have stayed in dozens of AirBnbs and this one might top the list! The view overlooking Carbon Beach and general location to everything in Malibu was incredible. We saw sea lions swimming from the balcony and walked to many great restaurants (Cafe Luxxe, Malibu Farmers Cafe, and Duke’s were our favorites). The pool was nice and we spent countless hours walking the beach to the pier and down towards Dukes. It’s beautiful and very private. The overall space was perfect - the master suite has a curtain to provide privacy, which we never used because the view out to the ocean is just too amazing. The guest room and bathroom are separated and more private, which would be perfect for kids. Everything was clean and exactly as stated. Beyond that, Ashton was one of the most helpful and responsive hosts - his check in instructions were so detailed and every time we messaged him he responded immediately. We were on our annual girls trip and have already decided we’ll be back! 10/10!

Vanessa helped make our stay absolutely incredible and it was a once in a lifetime experience. She made us feel right at home with all the amenities taken care of, her stay was equipped with absolutely everything you can need for your stay; from cookware to snacks, even sunscreen because we definitely forgot to pack it. Leading up to the stay, Vanessa also kindly provided us lots of recommendations on what to do and what to see during our short stay. The purpose of our trip was for my brother-in-law to propose to his girlfriend and from the beginning to end of this plan, Vanessa and her assistants were there to help facilitate the process making everything truly so easy to coordinate. We’re so thankful for Vanessa and her team’s hospitality and I would strongly recommend Vanessa’s place in Malibu for everyone looking to visit.

We stayed at Charlie and Kevin’s beautiful house while in Malibu for our daughter’s graduation from Pepperdine. It was the perfect arrangement for our family and so convenient to campus. We really enjoyed the beautiful scenery and porches and balconies. Fantastic communication, even accepting an Amazon delivery for us before we arrived. I just wish we had discovered this gem before her Senior year!

Mili was fabulous! Responded so quickly. Had all that was needed ready for us! Very clean. Great space for a large group. Lots of seating inside and out. Plenty of tables. Lots of parking. Peacocks and bunnies in the yard! We loved our stay as we celebrated our son’s wedding locally! The rec room with the workout equipment was great. Air conditioning worked very well! Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Jo’s house. It’s a great house, just as shown in the photos. Great amenities, fully stocked kitchen, the hot tub was a hit for everyone, outdoor BBQ grill, and we felt right at home. Jo responded within seconds to questions, allowed us to check in early, and surprised us with bubbly wine to celebrate the New Years! Highly recommended!!

The house was absolutely amazing - we felt right at home - my family enjoyed the grounds - we spent most of our time in the beautiful backyard . Very comfy inside too! Dream kitchen we made fabulous meals there. The house was immaculate Patty was incredibly thoughtful, accommodating and helpful. She was very easy to reach if needed And left clear instructions. If we are in the area again we will definitely stay there !!

Wonderful location, wonderful property, beautiful home! There's a great view if you walk out all the way thru the back yard and my friends loved sitting in that spot at night. The listing did say it included oil for cooking (it didn't) so we had to doordash some for our planned meals. And same with bodywash that was missing. Otherwse, perfectly described.

Loved our stay! Tevis was very warm and helpful. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and fire pit! It's a quiet beach that was never crowded and the airbnb was in a very safe community. Would love to go back!
