Holiday rentals with a patio in Chaniers

We spent a weekend in this accommodation with friends (there were 6 of us). It was in accordance with the photos and in very good condition. The instructions were very clear with a well-explained arrival. The accommodation is functional, quiet and very well equipped. The beds are comfortable. It is very well placed to discover the city on foot. I highly recommend it ☀️

Well located and charming accommodation, in a typical neighbourhood close to the ocean where the must-see corners of Royan can be visited on foot. In the evening, the nights are quiet and the mattress is comfortable. Thanks to Hugo for his responsiveness and kindness. We'll be back!

The apartment is very clean and very well-equipped. The neighborhood is very quiet! We only stayed one night but it totally matched our expectations.

We were visiting Cognac for De Flow Les Gabarriers and this apartment was a great base for us, close to the train station and not so far from the city centre

We spent over 2 months in this lovely stand-alone cottage which had everything for the perfect stay: comfortable clean rooms, large kitchen and bathroom, soothing decor, and wonderful surroundings. We enjoyed the beautiful Cognac vineyards, blossoming cherry trees, flowers everywhere and a refreshing pool. Watch the sunrise from upstairs and the moon rise from your front door (private entrance to the cottage). Thomas respects your privacy but is instantly responsive if needed. A peaceful escape in the countryside, yet only a 5-10 minute drive to nearby towns. Highly recommend it!

Very nice accommodation, in line with the description and even beyond our expectations regarding the garden which is huge, very well furnished and perfectly maintained. The indoor pool was appreciated in view of the mixed weather. We had a great weekend with friends! I would recommend it in a second.

The accommodation matches the listing, faithful in every way to what we expected. Even though we did not have the pleasure of meeting Stéphanie and JG in person, our telephone exchanges were very pleasant, responsive and warm. A very good experience, thanks again!

Pleasant and clean accommodation, just a small downside with the toilet paper which in my opinion, is a little tight for 1 night with 2 people 😊 Otherwise very well

The accommodation is very nice, well decorated and well equipped. It feels like home. It's a very nice cocoon. Emmanuelle was very welcoming (lives nearby) and kind to welcome us, advise us on the wineries to visit as well as the walks. We'd like to come back, that's for sure. The outdoor spaces (nice courtyard with garden furniture and barbecue) as well as the garden on the other side are very pleasant. We were 5 adults and all enjoyed our stay (without disturbing each other) in this beautiful house.
