Both the local beach (1km) and the city centre (2km) make an easy destination. Grocery stores, eateries, small bakeries are all within a comfortable walking distance.

The house is a total of 120sq.m. two-storey with two large balconies overlooking Taygetos and the gorge of Rasina, as well as a large outdoor courtyard. On the ground floor there is the kitchen, the ontas and the living room with a fireplace. Upstairs there is one two-bed bedroom and one three-bed bedroom with fireplace. Each floor has its own bathroom. You are provided with all the comforts to cook or bake.

Outside there is a paved little yard which leads to the edge of the rocks. The building was reconstructed in 2019 and it is located on the underside of the road that connects the Bridge with the gates of the Castle, near Kourkoula, a natural pool.
