Ideal for couples, solo travelers & digital nomads to enjoy a stay in Chania, this fully equipped, independent studio offers a perfect setting, just steps from the sandy beach and an easy stroll to Chania downtown. You can taste the local cuisine at the well-known beachside restaurants or you can cook your own meals; numerous shops are within 2-10 min walk. The area is quiet, safe, with local atmosphere. Ideal place for 1 couple, 3 adults, or for a family with 2 children. This renovated penthouse is located on the 3rd floor of a private apartment building and has an area of 74sqm and a 60sqm balcony. It consists of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and a three-seater sofa, and one with a semi-double bed, one more extra single bed, and a desk. The view from the balcony of the house to the White Mountains and the sea is magnificent. The apartment is located very close to the beach of Nea Chora.
