We had a great time in this little studio. It is located in a beautiful residence and in a quiet area. Super simple to park the car on the street, there are always spots available. The accommodation is also very modern and very comfortable and pleasant. We had to stay a week and in the end we did not hesitate to renew another week as the good was great! Recommended:)

So open roomy and comfortable. Linda was very accommodating with checking in and out. The patio is great for a happy hour, or morning coffee. The 5 bus is very convenient to go to Avignon and the town is within walking distance. If you’re there on Saturday, the largest antique flea market is not to be missed and don’t put off getting the oysters and shrimp or you’ll miss out. A wine store down the street is a knowledgeable place. All in all a great place to stay.

What we missed was the real windows. And the bed is not comfortable for my liking. But absolute cleanliness.

A very nice apartment to enjoy all the activities in the area. The town of Bourg Saint Andéol is central to visiting the caves and gorges of the Ardèche. Communication with Philippe is very easy and makes you feel confident!

Sylvie is such a considerate host who met us on arrival and showed us around her beautiful home. She is one of the most responsive hosts we have met. The house was so comfortable, clean and in a great location. We loved the pool and outside area. We are a family of four with two teenagers and there was so much space for everyone to have their privacy. The kitchen was very functional and we also took advantage of the barbecue. We loved Avignon and the house is in a quiet location overlooking the Palais des Papes and the Rhône. We would definitely recommend Sylvia’s place. Merci Beaucoup Sylvie :-)

Our stay went very well. We were hosted very well by Franck. The house is located in a very quiet subdivision, and with beautiful opportunities for walks nearby with our dog. The house is very well maintained and well decorated. We highly recommend it.

The only small downside is that the pool is not heated, and since we unfortunately encountered a very windy and cool week for early September, we could not enjoy it :/ Apart from this, everything went wonderfully :)

A magical house with unusual architecture, lots of light and space, decorated with a lot of stuff, placed in a way that tells stories in every corner. A nice walk leads to a river. The house is fully furnished, there is nothing lacking. A small pretty garden with plenty of seating is next to the house. We felt very comfortable and found it a pity to stay only one night.

Small, comfortable and well-equipped house, with the advantage of a terrace in the shade all day. The accommodation is also ideally located for exploring the region. The two swimming pools of the residence are very nice, especially for children. Thierry is available for any information and to recommend nice outings.

Joel was always responsive to our messages from our first exchanges and until the end of our stay. Joel welcomed us, advised us. Very nice person! In addition, the listing perfectly matches the photos. Well equipped accommodation located close to shops (including leclerc drive 5 minutes away which is very convenient;)!). Very pleasant and quiet terrace! No private parking space but several spaces within the residence for visitor, we were always able to park easily. Recommended ++.

La Perle studio was a wonderful place. Veronique and Pascal were extremely welcoming and accommodating. We were welcomed and hosted very generously. Fresh croissants, firewood and coal for the BBQ. The place is very well equipped and clean. We loved every minute of our stay and we would highly recommend the place. Fantastic people and fantastic place! We are grateful for such a beautiful stay. We very much enjoyed our stay. You have at Airbnb people who only do it for the money and here you see love. We took advantage of the possibility to have breakfast as well and this was also a pleasure. Repeatable

We especially appreciated the flexibility for schedules, covered parking, view (even if the weather did not allow us to make the most of it). The accommodation is spacious and pleasant, with everything necessary to welcome us (coffee, nougat, juice, dishwasher tablets...) A place where we'd love to come back to.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We traveled with a toddler and twin infants under 1 year old. The place was clean, beautiful, and well equipped. They were very accommodating and even arranged for us to have an extra crib for our second twin. The house is quiet, private, and in a safe place; however we were still just a 5 minute walk into town for all the restaurants and activities. Check in was a breeze. Everything was very well explained. The host was always available and answered questions very quickly. I feel very lucky to have chosen this place for our stay in Uzes. Merci!
