Its oldest nucleus presumably dates back to the 13th – 14th century. The unit is made up of three rooms with attention to detail to rediscover the warm atmosphere of the alpine houses. Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

A charming apartment with a separate entrance, on the second floor of an elegant villa. Located in the midst of nature at the foot of the Mont Avic Natural Park, 4 km from the Verres highway exit, 40 minutes from Aosta and 20 minutes from the Forte di Bard. Champdepraz is a small town in the Aosta Valley, strategically located for easy access to the different valleys: Val d'Ayas, Gressoney, Champorcher and Cervinia.

Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie alla mano in cerca di sport e natura, relax e tranquillità o smartworking.

Ideal for hiking, mountain biking, skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing or "farniente". Cultural activities and local food are also remarkable.
