35 minutes from Troyes, at the gates of the Marne, immerse yourself in the warm atmosphere of this cottage ideally designed to accommodate families and friends (up to 8 people) in a relaxing and friendly setting. You will enjoy the comfort and the refined decoration. On the ground floor, you will have a spacious living room with sitting and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry room, a master suite (160 x 200 bed) with its shower room, separate toilet. Upstairs, you will enjoy a games room on the mezzanine with billiards, 2 double bedrooms (140 x 190 bed) and a bedroom with TV (160 x 200 bed), separate toilet. Outside, you will have access to an enclosed area with terrace, garden furniture, parasol, outdoor furniture, deckchairs, lawn, ping pong table, parking and petanque. The beds will be made on arrival, towels and linen provided, cleaning, heating and electricity included in the price.

Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.
