Beautiful fully renovated apartment located in the center of the village, on the first floor of a townhouse, ideal for a pied-à-terre in Puisaye, to visit the surroundings, visit your loved ones, or a stopover on your way… Champignelles is a quiet village but you will find many small shops (bakery, bar-tobacconist, pharmacy, supermarket, grocery store, hairdresser, pizzeria….). Most of these shops are within walking distance.

Welcome to our charming Burgundy country house, a former convent from 1750. This atypical and comfortable building, with a beautiful garden, is ideal for 12 people. It has 6 bedrooms (5 double beds, 6 single beds including a bunk bed), and many amenities for all ages. Nearby: Château de Saint-Fargeau, Guédelon, Auxerre, Colette Museum, Lake Saint Fargeau and walks along the Burgundy Canal.

The Lodge

On the ground floor, a very bright 60 m² lodge, with all modern comforts, in the heart of nature and in a peaceful setting. You can make the most of the hanging bed. Large windows give you a view of the pond with its fountain in summer. Its entirely hand-crafted corded wood wall is exceptionally charming. Separate from my home, the Lodge is set in lush green surroundings.

The accommodation consists of an entrance with a fully equipped kitchen, an office, a laundry room, a very large living room with a bar and a fireplace, three beautiful bedrooms (2 with large 1.60 beds and one with two 90 beds) and 2 shower rooms. An outdoor terrace for sunny days. Parking. The pinball machine has been replaced by a foosball table.
