Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Champagne

Feel free to stay at the estate, everything is as advertised and in addition Oleg is friendly and very available for any questions or anything else. The house and its facilities gave us a real haven of peace. What could be better than taking a pedal boat ride on the lake before relaxing in the sauna! Special mention to the campfire location which for me was a real favorite! Anyway, go for it!

Fantastic stay in the French countryside, just outside the champagne region. The house is very spacious and has a pleasant and well equipped kitchen. The house has been nicely refurbished and has a pleasant holiday atmosphere, wonderful to relax in if the weather is a little less good, for example. The jacuzzi outside is lovely at the end of the day. Hopefully, we'll come back. It is good to know that the bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, while the bedrooms upstairs can be a bit impractical if you have difficulty walking or have small children, for example.

Great spot great location

No complaints about Jean-Marie's place which matches the listing in every way. One night stay with friends to break up the trip. Small touches for us on arrival and coffee pods as well as cakes available for breakfast the next day. Really nothing to complain about.

What could be better than this cozy little nest with everything you need to relax after a beautiful hike in the heights of the surroundings. This is our second time at Annabelle's, it surely won't be the last. Thank you for taking care of your home.

A wonderful home! It is so spacious, bright and well equipped. Everything was spotless. There was a great addition to an outside cooking space which we didn't take advantage of, but had we stayed longer most certainly would have! Would love to return!

Very well located apartment in the choir of the historic center, with a view of the cathedral. Clean, well-equipped and tastefully decorated apartment. Pierrick is a lovely host. He was considerate throughout our stay.

Excellent overnight stay on transit to the south.

At the heart of the cork, the apartment is clean and as described. For the most sensitive to noise, there are some noise disturbances from the extractor of a restaurant for the room which is inconvenient at night.

Beautiful property ideal for a family stay Large enough to accommodate various rooms and bathrooms where everyone has their privacy ( just a shame that there is no shampoo or shower gel) and beautiful spaces for common activities. Beautiful kitchen very well equipped and sufficient for 20 people. Hot, clean pool. Large garden and accessories for the kids. A few walks in the area. We had a lovely Easter weekend.

Enjoy your stay in Picardy with our one-year-old baby in a very nice house! Everything was suitable, a crib available, a garden with swing, bikes available with child seat. The hot tub is a nice surprise in addition but the house is very nice in itself, spacious and very clean! Everything is as described and photographed!

The place is ideal for relaxing between women, and has made the happiness of all generations, from children to the elderly. It felt like home, and the host was very responsive, kind and welcoming. Large house, plenty of room for 13 of us, beautiful setting and large outdoor area for the children. Variety of toys and books. House very clean and Elise very responsive to any queries. We had a wonderful stay and it is 15/20 minutes from Disneyland!

Pleasant stay in a spacious house with garden to enjoy the outdoors with badminton net barbecue...and especially in a quiet and tranquil village. However, it takes the car to access the lakes, restaurants and shops. Beautiful lake and beautiful forest walks to do...
