Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Champagne

Feel free to stay at the estate, everything is as advertised and in addition Oleg is friendly and very available for any questions or anything else. The house and its facilities gave us a real haven of peace. What could be better than taking a pedal boat ride on the lake before relaxing in the sauna! Special mention to the campfire location which for me was a real favorite! Anyway, go for it!

Everything was wonderful all around. Very clean place in very quiet surroundings. Perfect for taking beautiful walks with the dog. Chantal was very friendly and accommodating. We absolutely recommend the place.

Fantastic stay in the French countryside, just outside the champagne region. The house is very spacious and has a pleasant and well equipped kitchen. The house has been nicely refurbished and has a pleasant holiday atmosphere, wonderful to relax in if the weather is a little less good, for example. The jacuzzi outside is lovely at the end of the day. Hopefully, we'll come back. It is good to know that the bathroom and toilet on the ground floor, while the bedrooms upstairs can be a bit impractical if you have difficulty walking or have small children, for example.

No complaints about Jean-Marie's place which matches the listing in every way. One night stay with friends to break up the trip. Small touches for us on arrival and coffee pods as well as cakes available for breakfast the next day. Really nothing to complain about.

What could be better than this cozy little nest with everything you need to relax after a beautiful hike in the heights of the surroundings. This is our second time at Annabelle's, it surely won't be the last. Thank you for taking care of your home.

A wonderful home! It is so spacious, bright and well equipped. Everything was spotless. There was a great addition to an outside cooking space which we didn't take advantage of, but had we stayed longer most certainly would have! Would love to return!

I had a wonderful time staying at this place with my family.i The neighborhood was incredibly quiet and peaceful, providing the perfect setting for relaxation. There were plenty of charming places to explore nearby, from scenic vineyards to delightful local cafes. The host was friendly and responsive, making the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.

We had a great time with the family in this very spacious, very well-equipped, clean and very quiet accommodation in this wine village. We enjoyed our visits, in addition to the local champagne beverages. We highly recommend it as we thank Mr. Viot for this morning's visit.

A perfect place for a stay in Reims! Thank you Pierrick for the space, the organization and the simplicity of things. The view of the cathedral is divine. The apartment is surprisingly easy to access from the train station. Its central position allows you to do everything on foot (train station, champagne cellars, restaurants, etc.). For the next guests, I recommend 2 restaurants and 2 champagne cellars: the Apron and Restaurant Gabrielle / the Pommery Vranken cellars and the Veuve Clicquot wineries. Seemingly impeccable!! clean++ Fully equipped, matches 100% of photos. Bedding ++ slept very well. Parking right across cheap ( +24h about 9euros) Great location near town/restaurant/bar ect I would come back to this apartment when I come to Troyes. Thank you Nicolas😌

Beautiful property ideal for a family stay Large enough to accommodate various rooms and bathrooms where everyone has their privacy ( just a shame that there is no shampoo or shower gel) and beautiful spaces for common activities. Beautiful kitchen very well equipped and sufficient for 20 people. Hot, clean pool. Large garden and accessories for the kids. A few walks in the area. We had a lovely Easter weekend.

Enjoy your stay in Picardy with our one-year-old baby in a very nice house! Everything was suitable, a crib available, a garden with swing, bikes available with child seat. The hot tub is a nice surprise in addition but the house is very nice in itself, spacious and very clean! Everything is as described and photographed!

Large house, plenty of room for 13 of us, beautiful setting and large outdoor area for the children. Variety of toys and books. House very clean and Elise very responsive to any queries. We had a wonderful stay and it is 15/20 minutes from Disneyland!

Pleasant stay in a spacious house with garden to enjoy the outdoors with badminton net barbecue...and especially in a quiet and tranquil village. However, it takes the car to access the lakes, restaurants and shops. Beautiful lake and beautiful forest walks to do...
