Champagnac est une ancienne cité minière qui se situe à proximité de plusieurs lacs pour se baigner l'été (voiture) ainsi que des circuits de randonnées. En hiver, 3 stations de ski se trouvent a moins d'une heure du logement en voiture.

Set in a small rural hamlet of about ten houses. Accommodation located in a central position, close to A89, Tulle, Brive and Ussel. Gimel-les-Cascades 5 min.

House that can accommodate up to 12 people. The accommodation consists of: Ground floor: large living room with dining room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 160 beds, bathroom, separate toilet. Upstairs: two bedrooms with 140 beds and one bedroom with a sofa bed and two 90 beds, a shower room and separate toilet. The house has a very large garage in the basement (ideal for motorcyclists) During school holidays, bookings are possible from Saturday to Saturday only

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.
