Agréable studio plain-pied de 25 m2 dans une ancienne ferme typique de la vallée. Vue sur la chaine du Mont-Blanc. Dans un quartier tranquille à deux pas de Chamonix. Une place de parking( non couverte) est à votre disposition. L'entrée du studio se fait par une cour privée. Situé à 3 mn à pied de la gare routière (pas besoin d 'utiliser votre voiture) navettes gratuites sur toute la vallée. À 5 mn du départ du téléphérique de l'Aiguille du Midi et 10 min du centre ville et de ses commerces.

Petit appartement fonctionnel et très bien équipé avec meme un agréable petit balcon. La situation est très bonne: face au départ du téléphérique de l’aiguille, tout le centre de chamonix dont les restaurants et magasins sont accessibles en quelques minutes à pied. Le parking est aussi un avantage car le stationnement est difficile dans cette ville, à noter que le parking a plusieurs passages étroits et que la circulation y nécessite de l’attention. Seul bémol, la présence d’une boîte de nuit en proximité dont la musique s’entend la nuit ( pas au point de réveiller cependant).

Absolutely OUTSTANDING AirBnB. Beautifully decorated and furnished; equipped with every possible thing that guests might need or want (including binoculars and trekking poles!) and with a breathtaking view of the mountains. A mere two-minute walk from the train station yet still quiet and peaceful. Close to many restaurants and shops. Aurélien is a fabulous, responsive host who clearly cares about his guests. We hope to return to Chamonix some day and would be delighted to stay at this gem of an AirBnB again!

This place is a dream! The patio is so peaceful and has a beautiful view of Mont Blanc. The views from the apartment are also amazing, and it’s a lot of fun watching paragliders land on the field outside. The bed is also very comfortable.

Le logement est magnifique, surtout les balcons et la vue, cela change tout wow! C’est un endroit tranquille et reposant, mais au centre de tout, nous n’avions pas de voiture et tout se visitait très bien à pied. Toutes les commodités présentes, le lit confortable aussi! L’hôte a été très gentil et flexible pour les heures d’arrivée et de départ. Il répondait très rapidement. Nous nous sentions chez-nous et serions restés plus longtemps. Le logement est très grand et c’est super plaisant avoir une douche à même la chambre. Nous n’avons rien à dire et nous reviendrions n’importe quand! :)
