Perfect place for a couple, friends or a family with many areas to take a breath. Nice for getting to know the Verbier area without having to go all the way to the top. Access to all services: supermarket, gas stations, bus and train stops. On an old street with a lot of style. Three stages, the first is the kitchen and living room with a small balcony. The second one is the bathroom, living room and our room. And finally in the top is the penthouse, your room.

Ideally located 20 minutes from Les Gets , Sommand, Praz de Lys ski resorts for summer skiing or hiking enthusiasts, but also 5 minutes from Marignier city center and all amenities( Bakery, super market...) We are also 40 minutes from Annecy and 1 hour from Geneva. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, on a hillside with a view of the Môle, Bargy. The bedroom consists of a shower room with personal WC and shower and a separate entrance.

Single occupancy rooms have a double bed, private bathroom with WC, shower , telephone, safe, television and balcony . All of our bedrooms have been recently renovated in a welcoming Savoyard style with natural wood and a mountain style deco. They all have a balcony either looking over the Super Morzine or Pleney side of the valley.
