L'appartement indépendant de 37m2 est situé en plein centre ville de Chagny, au 1er étage de notre habitation. Il dispose d'une chambre avec les draps, SDB avec serviettes, d'un salon avec un canapé, 2 ventilateurs de plafond, et des moustiquaires. La cuisine est équipée d'un four+micro ondes, frigo, machine expresso. Il y a tous les commerces à proximité, le marché le dimanche matin à 90m, la gare à 200m, le restaurant Lameloise est à 120m, ainsi que d'autres restaurants.

BREAKFAST INCLUDED (very rare). The house is located in a very quiet small valley near the historic town of BEAUNE. From the village you will visit the world-renowned vineyards as well as the Route des Grands Crus. Nearby you will discover the historic sites of Clunysois, Tournus, the route of the Romanesque Churches, the many castles or the Morvan Natural Park. Two modern bikes (M-F) with helmets are available free of charge during the stay.

In a peaceful village of 200 inhabitants, between vineyards and Morvan, the small house offers an ideal location to visit Burgundy (28 km from Beaune, 28 km from Autun, 30 km from Chalon sur Saône, 1 hour from Dijon). Located 480 meters above sea level, the village of St Gervais sur Couches offers stunning views and is the starting point for multiple hikes or bike tours (possibility to store them in a safe place).

You will find calm and serenity in this home close to nature with outdoor spaces to relax with views of the Dheune Valley. This cottage is located 10 minutes' drive from Santenay-les-Bains, which hosts a spa, an aqua relaxation area and a casino. Tourist and gastronomic region between Saône-et-Loire and Côte-d'Or with many activities including bike hiking on the greenways (at the bottom of the village). We are 15 minutes from Beaune.

We offer our haven of peace in the heart of Burgundy in Saint Mard de Vaux, 25 minutes from Chalon and 30 minutes from Beaune. Quiet and relaxing accommodation in an old barn that we have fully restored. Guests can enjoy the hiking trails that pass at the foot of the accommodation. For wine lovers, you have nearby the Route des Grands Crus which crosses the most prestigious part of the Burgundy vineyard.

Located amid vineyards, you will appreciate its calm, authenticity, pool, gardens and magnificent view. The safety of our facilities does not allow us to accept children under the age of 12 on the property.
