The “ Ratin “ ( which means " little mouse" in the local dialect ) is a hosting structure in the town of Susa ( Turin ). It is a private bedroom with an en-suite bathroom . The bedroom and bathroom are part of the owners’ house but completely indipendent from it. The bedroom , with a mansard roof , can accomodate up to four people. Bed linen and towels are provided. Located in the heart of the village of Champs, next to the centre of Fenestrelle, I offer a historic house renovated in 2024 equipped with everything you need. The house has 3 bedrooms, a main bathroom and a toilet, a balcony and a kitchen with a living area equipped with all accessories including a washing machine. The entrance is directly on the pedestrian street of the beautiful village, 100 metres from the house there are several free parking spaces.

Our home, nestled among the trees, rests in peaceful seclusion a couple of kilometers from the nearest village. We are Riccardo, Cristina, Lorenzo, Bianca and Alice. We chose to come here, into the woods, to begin living a simple yet fulfilling life, learning from nature. We offer you an attic loft carefully renovated by Riccardo, with a double bed and a sofa bed (both beneath skylights), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a wide view over the valley.

House in a splendid position in the Alps for nature lovers. Renovated and recently expanded with the studio apartment where you will be staying. Modern but in the typical mountain style. Humble in size but independent and equipped with all the amenities you need, incl. private kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable sofa bed for two. The town Villar Pellice is three kilometres away. The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.

Built in traditional Alpine style, the chalet is made of solid wood and local stone. The two balconies offer a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains of over 3000m, creating a perfect place to relax and enjoy peace and quiet.
