Within the majestic UNESCO Geopark Massif des Bauges and between the historic spa towns of Annecy, Aix-les-bains and Chambery. A 2 bedroom cottage with private SPA, fully enclosed private garden with direct mountain access from a tranquil, traditional Savoyard hamlet. Everything is included (bedding, towels, firewood, unlimited use of the jacuzzi). 10 min drive to Aillon Margeriaz ski resorts.

Unique Tiny house - Preserved area Authentic 18th century Savoyard attic renovated into charming accommodation. Calm, well-being and great comfort in a preserved environment of pastures and forest. Panoramic view of the Aravis mountains (5 km from La Clusaz and Grand Bornand resorts). 2 km from the center of the village (all shops & services available). Ideally located between Lake (Annecy / Léman) and mountains, you will appreciate the tranquility and the beauty of the mountain landscapes.

Between mountain and lake, our house is 5mn away from Aix les Bains city center, its lake and 20mn from the Nordic/Downhill Revard ski slopes. You will appreciate our completely renovated Chalet thanks to its comfort, its large garden (1200m2) and its beautiful view on the Alps. Our house is perfect for families with kids, friends gathering, people passionated by mountain sports and businessmen tired from hotels... Notre chalet orienté sud ouest est situé au chef lieu de notre charmant petit village de Dingy St Clair. Il est totalement indépendant avec son jardin, sa terrasse et son parking privatif. Il peut accueillir jusqu'à 3 voyageurs (1 lit deux places et 1 canapé convertible). Un hamac vient compléter l'aménagement pour un moment de détente. Our little Chalet is a place of relaxation and charm, 20 m2 with a 10 m2 mezzanine. Everything has been thought out for your comfort in a traditional mountain cocooning decor. For your relaxation and well-being, you can enjoy our 60-jet HOT TUB installed facing a superb panorama. This chalet, easy to access with its parking, was built in a green setting with breathtaking views of the mountains. Cruet (alt 350 m) is a village in the Combe de Savoie.

This completely renovated old vineyard house will welcome you to discover Savoy, or to recharge your batteries in the heart of the mountains. From this cozy place you can: In summer, enjoy hiking or cycling, water sports on the lake, horseback riding, golf. In winter, enjoy the ski resorts, from 30 min by car for the closest, (allow 1 hour for the others). All year round, you can also enjoy the thermal spa treatments of Aix-les-Bains.

L'Orée des Bauges, small chalet facing the mountains

Notre chalet indépendant, sans vis à vis, entre lacs et montagnes est idéal pour les couples amoureux de la nature désirant se ressourcer au calme. A 650 m d'altitude, la vue à 180° depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle sur les montagnes environnantes. On peut y observer fréquemment des rapaces et autres oiseaux ainsi que de grands animaux ( cerfs, biches ) selon la saison. Le chalet ne convient pas aux enfants ni aux bébés.

Small 40 m2 duplex cottage on our beautiful 4000 m2 property overlooking the Colombier and the Lac du Lit du Roi. A beautiful fully equipped terrace (table/ deckchairs), our sheep at the bottom of the garden, the calm and the proximity of Aix-les-Bains and Lake Bourget will allow you to have a pleasant stay. Ideal for a couple with a child (or two). For sports enthusiasts, the Via Rhôna is a few meters walk away.
