Great location located right inside Plaza Mayor. It’s just steps to restaurants, shopping and site seeing. Place was nice and lots of space and best of all quiet. It’s on the 3rd floor but has a elevator. Would definitely stay here again.

Location, location, location! It was close to many restaurants, cafes & shops. It was a bit tight for three adults but was not an issue because we spent most of the days being outside exploring. The AC was a huge plus for us on summer hot days!

Compact but cozy studio had everything we needed to explore (and retreat for downtime/rest) from Malasana. Such an energetic area with grocery, bars, restaurants, bakeries close and so many options for all tastes and budgets. We think this is the best area to stay in Centro Madrid and these apartment hotels will be perfect for many travelers! Close to metro stops and easy to navigate. Quiet side street at nighttime. Slept peacefully. Bed was comfy, basic kitchen and washing needs met, bathroom rain shower and towel warming rack were unexpected luxuries. Having management on site for most of the hours was helpful and we felt secure and well supported should we need anything. They let us checkin early but also would have held our bags if needed. Would certainly stay again.

J’ai passé un peu plus d’une semaine dans cette résidence étudiante assez idéalement située, à proximité de commerces, cafés, parce de l’Ouest, bus et métro. Connexion facile avec l’université Complutense tout en restant dans le centre de Madrid. La résidence est agréable et très propre, la chambre petite mais très bien agencée et les espaces collectifs sont nombreux (salon, salle à manger, grande terrasse, salle de travail). Je recommande.

Excelente ubicación, muy práctico el acceso. La terraza del departamento en medio de la ciudad claramente hace la diferencia.
