Adjacent to our property, it offers a quiet and bucolic setting, ideal for couples, families or professionals looking for serenity. Breakfasts and packed lunches can be provided upon request! Private pond with 2 islets for fishing, boating... Our horses live peacefully on the estate.

Beautiful loft-style house 180 m2. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer), dining area, bathroom (walk-in shower, toilet) as well as a relaxation area with fireplace and jacuzzi (4 people max). 1 hour from Bordeaux, 25 minutes from Saint Emilion, 4 km from Cercoux, on the edge of the woods in this nice little fully equipped studio (independent entrance (key box), kitchen and dining area, with basic necessities (coffee, tea, sugar, oil, vinegar, etc.) and all the linen, you will enjoy a peaceful setting next to the owners who will be at your disposal. Located in an old house, it is naturally air-conditioned for the heat.
