Yen’s place was in a nice quiet location by the beach. Grocery stores are nearby to pick up any snacks. Getting to the beach is easy and there’s always taxi drivers right outside the building. She was very responsive and the apartment was clean. Would definitely recommend this place if you come to visit Da Nang!

Incredible Accommodation. Harley is an incredible Host, she proactively communicated and was very responsive to any questions had. The photos resembled the studio suite and resort. The room is bright, spacious, clean, and equipped with a comfortable king bed, linens, and kitchen needs. The view from the patio is amazing. The resort and facilities (pool areas, gym, beach area) are well managed and meticulously maintained. The staff very friendly and welcoming. The resort is within close proximity to An Bang Beach, Rice Fields and Hoi An Old Town. We look forward to returning. We highly recommend Harley as a host, the accommodation, and resort!

Great place to stay while in Da Nang. Spacious and clean apartment.

The best thing about this place is the view and location. It was a high and expansive view that I had never expected in Da Nang. The location is also close to My Khe Beach, and there are many restaurants nearby. And most of all, the host is kind. The building itself was a little run down, but it was nice and clean.

Kristine was an amazing host! She was very helpful and responsive. This was the nicest AirBnB we've stayed in, especially for the price. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a full size bathtub plus a dedicated shower in the master bath was a real treat. The bed was super comfortable and the bedroom was dark at night. WiFi was fast at 390mbs down / 320mbs upload. Kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked most of our meals. It's close to the DT Market and Moonmilk for groceries. You can walk either way along the beach to enjoy the boardwalks. The unit smells a little musty. The AC probably needs to be cleaned. The view of the abandoned Holiday Inn construction site is a bit disappointing, but it's not the first time we've had a view of an abandoned building in SE Asia. They're everywhere. This place would probably be a lot more expensive otherwise. We would definitely stay in this unit again. Highly recommended.

This was the perfect spot for a one month stay. It is on a quiet street, away from the hustle of Hoi An which I appreciated; however, folks who are looking for easier access to restaurants with Western-style food might not appreciate the 20-30 minute walk for this. If you are into Vietnamese food, options are nearby and plentiful. Likewise, there is an abundance of coffee shops in the area. It is also about a 10 minute walk to the market for fresh produce if you want to prepare your own food. I look at this as opportunities for exercise. Since the kitchen is shared by nine different apartment dwellers, it is probably not a surprise that some folks are cleaner and tidier than others. An excellent feature of this stay is that Nam is very fast about responding to messages. For instance, the hot water kettle broke while I was there and he replaced it the same day it was reported. There also needed to be a minor repair in my apartment and the handyman was sent right over. Thank you!

The staff were so friendly and the cleaning lady was amazing. Comfy place and responsive host, great location. Wifi was fast and stable, I worked very well while I was there.

Perfect location, comfortable beds, clean and well equipped with everything you need and more. For such central location is very quiet. And most of all - the architectural details are simply amazing. Highly recommend!

This place is truly wonderful, even more beautiful than the images. It's a real haven outside the busyness of Hoi An. We were two families of four with kids aged 7-10 and it was perfect for us. The kids loved the pool, which is a great depth and was warm enough for them to play in for hours. The location of the villa is incredible -- a few steps from an amazing beach cafe with incredible fresh food and just a few more steps onto a lovely, peaceful beach. Lots of swimming, wave jumping and sand castle making. We loved our five days here, it was so chilled and relaxing and the hosts were amazing helping us out with recommendations and transport. I can't recommend this place enough, one of our best Airbnb stays.

The villa is as pictured. Very convenient for a group to share. Each bedroom is separate and very private from the other rooms. Each room has its own lock. The place is spotlessly clean. Each room has its own modern and spacious bathroom. The concierge service is very responsive. We just used the Grab App to get to the old town. The Restaurant called Mate (within walking distance) is very, very good. Definitely visit.

Our host was absolutely wonderful! she went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. we were greeted with thoughtful touches like fresh bread, snacks, and complimentary water, which was so appreciated after our travels. What truly stood out was her dedication to making our stay special. She provided an extensive list of recommendations, from must-see sights to fantastic local eats including great vegetarian options. She even helped us book tickets to Bà Nà Hills and arranged reliable drivers, taking so much stress out of planning. The Airbnb itself was even better than the photo! spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed, with lush greenery surrounding the property. It felt like a peaceful retreat, yet so cozy and homey. We stayed for more than two nights and were pleasantly surprised that housekeeping came to tidy up (a rare thing for Airbnb) It had all the comforts of a hotel but with way more charm and value! 10th floor with balcony overlooking the vast ocean. This beautiful condo provided the relaxation and healing that I was looking for. The beautiful and caring host made my stay in this foreign town so perfect. I extended my stay and would stay longer if it just were available. Now, i have a special place to come back to. Great apartment with amazing location, right next to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped, nice lighting and bathtub. Netflix available. Mia provided motorbike rental which was delivered to the apartment to us, so convenient! Just a note that you have to pay extra to use the pool since the apartment is not part of the hotel, that’s no problem but it’d be helpful to know prior to bookings. Overall highly recommend!

Great location with lots of restaurants downstairs. There’s also a toddler friendly play area downstairs. Place was very clean and had nice views of the river/bridge. Tran is such a friendly host and was so helpful and responsive in recommending restaurants and activities to do. Highly recommend!
