It is not known which year the house was built but its antique oak beams throughout the building date from at least early 1600's. Tall ceilings offer a spacious and airy yet very cosy space across three floors. The courtyard has a lunch/dining area as well as a lounge area under roof by the open fire place - you have private access to this tranquil and magical space. This accommodation is at the entrance to the oldest farmhouse in the village, located about 25km from Reims, 10km from Epernay, 15km from Hautvillers and 5km from Ay, in the birthplace of Champagne. Charming house (130 m²) ideally located in a very quiet area and not overlooked. Shopping district and McDonald's less than 800 m away. Inner courtyard with space for two cars. Big terrace with table for 12 people. This house is the ideal place for a group stay. It can accommodate 11 people but has only one bathroom and 1 separate toilet. PLEASE NOTE: No parties! The neighbors are friends, and I can be there very quickly 😉

Our fully renovated accommodation can accommodate up to 8 people. It is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to discover our beautiful champagne capital. Located 10 mins walk from the city center with its cafes and restaurants; 15 mins from Avenue de Champagne. Each room has a private shower or bath. A bottle of champagne will be offered. Possibility of visiting and tasting our production cellar.
