Hello dear guests! Challes-les-Eaux is a small community near Chambéry, prefecture of Savoy. It is a good starting point for hikes, bike rides and other trips in the area. The nearest ski resort "La Feclaz" is half an hour away. In our house we offer a nice vacation home, suitable for up to 4 people and fully equipped with kitchen and bathroom. House built in 2010, modern style very pleasant to live in, surface area 190 m2, 4 rooms (1 parental bedroom with bed 160x200, 2 bedrooms with a bed 160x200 / room; on the first floor 1 additional bed 150x190 cm, 2 bathrooms, 2 WCs). Loud music that could be an issue with the neighborhood is strictly forbidden as well as dancing on the heating floor, which is not a dancefloor.
