Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

À 24min des magasins d’usine , à proximité immédiate des lacs de champagne et à 30min des vignes de Champagne. Le logement se situe sur la rue principale de notre petit village de 120 habitants. This traditional house steeped in history and completely renovated was originally the village post office. Located 30 minutes from Troyes, 40 minutes from the Champenois vineyard, 25 minutes from the Great Lakes and 10 minutes from Brienne-le-Château Airport. Spacious and quiet, it is perfectly suited for families with children in particular. It is equipped to comfortably accommodate 12 people but has 16 sleeping accommodations in total.

Le Moulin de La Font (Lac Amance - Nigloland)

Former water mill, located by the stream in the heart of the Champagne vineyard. Freshly renovated, the mill has 2 bedrooms upstairs, a very well-equipped kitchen, a large living room (about 35 m²) with the possibility of 2 additional beds. Secure and fully enclosed terrace with garden furniture, sunbathing and barbecue. 5 minutes to Nigloland Park, 10 minutes to Lac d 'Amance and 45 minutes to Troyes and factory shops.
