House holiday rentals in Chalcis

We stayed 6 weeks and it felt like a resort. My family really liked the pool during the heat wave and the "basement" villa overlooking the sea was great for our teenagers to get away from us. Great location with easy access to shopping and the main road around Evia. Not great if you're looking for a place that doesn't need a car. The wifi is about standard for Greece and the islands. The host and his brother (Andreas) were amazing and responsive when we had problems or questions. There are several rentals within the gated area that have access to the beach, but this is the only rental with a pool and a beach. The beach is better than most public beaches on the gulf-side of Evia, but the Agean-side of Evia is where the real beaches are. I would definitely stay there again.

הוילה היתה מדהימה! הרבה מעבר לציפיות ואפילו מעבר לתמונות באתר.. לאוהבי חופש כפרי ומקומי, המיקום מושלם. בין הים לטברנות המקומיות ולאתרים התיירותיים שנמצאים 50 דקות מהוילה. הוילה נקיה מאד מאובזרת בכל מה שרק רצינו , החצר יפיפיה והבריכה מושלמת. היתה לו חוויה מדהימה. תודה

We had an excellent vacation and we highly recommend! A stunning house in a secluded and private area, a few minutes' drive from the nearby town, Amarinthos. Very suitable for those looking for peace and natural scenery and an excellent starting point for trips in Evia. Please note that a car is required. The house is equipped with everything you need, clean and tidy. Maybe could be renewed a bit. Josh was very communicative and helped with anything needed. We would love to return there for more vacations in the future!

We stayed in this home for a week and didn’t want to leave! The views are stunning, the pool was amazing (and very clean), and it was a quick 20 minute drive to Chalkida for groceries/dining. David met us for check in and was friendly and informative. His father stopped by a few days into our visit to drop off groceries (they supply basic breakfast items for the whole week!), and he brought us a huge box of Greek pastries as well. So thoughtful and delicious! The cleaning lady also came midweek and changed all the sheets & towels, as well as cleaned the bathrooms, kitchen, and floors. Loukissia itself is a small, rural village with basically no commercial businesses (we saw two restaurants), so if driving a bit to get to these conveniences is not your style, you may want to look at more populated areas. For us, the privacy and peaceful setting was excellent. We rented a car from the airport and really enjoyed exploring the area. Thank you for a wonderful week in your home!

If you want to be out of town at a quiet location in a big house with a pool and big views of the ocean, this is a great place for all the above. We had a really enjoyable time staying here and hosting friends and family that came to visit. Our kids loved the over sized pool. Thank you Natalia for taking us on, on our short notice request. We really appreciate it and enjoyed.

Claudia was kind, friendly and very helpful! Always responsive and sent over someone to help if we ever got stuck with something. The place is beautiful, clean and very peaceful. We loved the artwork selection and there’s so many places to break out and hang out in smaller groups. There’s like 4 huge balconies, 2 lounges, the beautiful back yard with the huge, very deep pool, second outdoor kitchen and dining area. We loved it. The surrounding area is beautiful and the nearby coastal towns are very sweet with lovely (pebbled) beaches.

It was one of the most amazing houses the most value for money. Panos has placed on the house so many comforts amenities and other stuff we haven t even needed to be used but shows his professionalism and his love on what he is doing. Super recommended. Mary Papathanassiou Dermatologist

la maison est spacieuse même si la pièce de vie regroupe cuisine (petite pour faire de la vraie cuisine) salon et salle à manger et mériterait d'être plus grande pour 6 personnes ou plus en revanche, les chambres sont agréables et les extérieurs : multiples terrasses, grand jardin et cuisine extérieure très appréciés Marilena et sa maman sont très agréables, réactives et arrangeantes. L''accès aux plages nécessite de traverser une route très passante et se ne sont pas les plus belles plages mais il y en a une très bien en partant vers chalkidia a 4minutes avec un petit bar qui est très calme et ombragée la maison est située au centre de l'île ce qui permet de rayonner facilement

Anastasios e tutta la sua famiglia sono stati accoglienti, generosi e discreti allo stesso tempo. pronti in ogni momento a rispondere a tutte le richieste. Abbiamo avuto l'onore di gustare i loukoumades con miele a colazione e la mousaka a cena preparati dalla signora Katerina: insuperabili, entrambi! ci hanno consigliato luoghi da visitare, spiagge e ristoranti sempre di ottimo livello. siamo arrivati con tre ore di ritardo e ci sono venuti incontro a metà strada guidandoci anche per telefono. la casa è facilissima da raggiungere ma la prima sera/notte il loro aiuto è stato essenziale. la casa è pulitissima, ordinatissima e molto comoda. Anastasios ci ha fatto trovare acqua in abbondanza e altre bibite in frigo, frutta e tutto quello che poteva servire per la colazione. la biancheria da letto e e da bagno impeccabile e in abbondanza, con possibilità di fare più cambi. un'accoglienza veramente insuperabile. è stato un vero piacere essere ospiti di Anastasios e della sua famiglia.

Ηταν η πρωτη μας εμπειρία με την airbnb και η κα Σοφία, ο κ. Δημήτρης και το σπίτι την έκαναν αξιοσημειωτη. Στον συγκεκριμενο χωρο με το που μπαινεις τον αισθάνεσαι σαν "σπιτι σου" κι αυτό νομίζω τα λέει όλα. Η πολύ προσεγμένη διακόσμηση και η επίπλωση σε κερδίζουν αμέσως. Το σπίτι διαθέτει πραγματικά τα πάντα, άνετο και πεντακάθαρο. Απόλυτη ιδιωτικότητα, σε αποσταση αναπνοης απο τη θάλασσα, περιοχή που προσφέρεται για περπάτημα, κολύμπι και ηρεμία ενω σε κοντινη απόσταση υπάρχουν καταστηματα για φαγητό και ποτό. Σας ευχαριστούμε!

Το σπίτι ήταν άψογο από κάθε άποψη, περάσαμε τέλεια και ανυπομονουμε για τον προγραμματισμό της επόμενης επίσκεψης μας...Πολύ ευγενικοί οι γονείς της ιδιοκτήτριας και πάρα πολύ εξυπηρετικοί!!!!συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα ❤️

We were two athletes competing in the World Championships and needed somewhere peacefully and quite to rest and recharge, this was the perfect place for that.

Great place, clean, cozy and family owned. Surrounded by very taken care of gardens and awesome view of the wild nature around. The only down side it was that the WiFi didn’t work, and for tourists that come from abroad it’s a big issue. But besides this issue all the rest was just perfect. Highly recommend this place and we would go there again.

The accommodation exceeded my expectations. My 1.5-year-old child was thrilled with the opportunity to run between the floors. Initially, my wife was reserved, but she soon agreed that the place was extraordinary. The location is a fully equipped house with everything you might need - a vacuum cleaner, tissues, oil, shampoo... anything you can think of, it was there. There is a parking space for one car and a small garden on the property. Additionally, the house has a terrace and a balcony. We thoroughly enjoyed having our breakfast and dinner on the terrace with a view of the sea. There is a beach nearby and several restaurants with delicious food within walking distance. A 5-minute drive will take you to a LIDL supermarket and many small shops with tasty food. Overall, I am very pleased that I found this place and will happily stay there again when I visit Khalkida.

Πολύ ωραία και άνετη κατοικία, προσεγμένη και περιποιημένη. Η κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη. Η Ελευθερία και η οικογένειά της ήταν πολύ φιλική και εξυπηρετική.

Die Bilder von Maria entsprechen den Tatsachen. Die Unterkunft ist in allen Bereichen sehr sehr gut und liebevoll ausgestattet. Das Haus liegt in einem Garten mit Olivenbäumen, dazwischen gibt es einige Sitzmöglichkeiten und Hängematten. Wir sind dem Adressenlink gefolgt, kamen leider ganz woanders an. Thimios und Maria hatten uns eine Beschreibung gemailt, aber bei Googlemaps gab es diese Straße nicht, auch der Hinweis zum Galazio Café zu fahren, war nicht zu finden. Ein kleiner Hinweis für alle, die noch hinwollen. Das Café Galazio findet man besser bei Googlemaps, wenn man 'Pema Galazio' eingibt. Netterweise hat uns Thimios am Hafen von Eretria abgeholt; danach war es einfach. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig, zum Strand sind es ca 10 min zu Fuß. Danke schön an Maria und Thimios für den herzlichen Empfang, das leckere Willkommensessen, Wein und Obst. Die Kommunikation war prima - schnell und nett. Wenn wir nochmal nach Evia fahren, dann nur zu Maria und Thimios!

Η διαμονη μας ηταν υπεροχη, το σπιτι ακριβως οπως στην περιγραφη. Ειχε ολα οσα ειχε υποσχεθει και πολλα αλλα. Η θεα στη θαλασσα καταπληκτικη. Η πισινα τελεια και καθαρη. Και μεγαλη για οποιον θελει να κολυμπησει! Christina σε ευχαριστουμε για αυτες τις 10 υπεροχες μερες ηρεμιας και χαλαρωσης! Οπωσδηποτε θα ξαναπαμε! Χρηστος, Ελευθερια

Πέντε αστέρια στον Isidoro για την τόσο προσεγμένη κατοικία και την φιλοξενία του. Το σπίτι ήταν πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο με ότι χρειαστήκαμε. Ο Ισίδωρος ήταν εξαιρετικά φιλόξενος και έκανε πολύ εύκολη τη διαμονή μας με τις αναλυτικές οδηγίες που μας έδωσε και τα σνακ που μας άφησε. Η θέα από τον πάνω όροφο είναι εντυπωσιακή και έκλεψε την παράσταση, καθώς «βλέπει» στο θέατρο της Σέτας και τα βουνά, ενώ όταν κάτσαμε στον κήπο δεχθήκαμε επίσκεψη από τις πολύ πολύ φιλικές γάτες του χωριού. ps. Η Σέτα ήταν το ιδανικό ορμητήριο για να εξερευνήσουμε την περιοχή.

Εξαιρετικός χώρος! Τον επισκεφτηκα με τον σύζυγό και τα 4 παιδιά μας και ήταν σαν να ημασταν σπίτι μας! Άνετοι χώροι! Τα παιδιά έπαιζαν με ασφάλεια στο εσωτερικό αλλά και στον εξωτερικό χώρο του σπιτιού! Είχε όλα τα αναγκαία! Πολύ καλοί και διακριτικοί οικοδεσπότες! Εχει παιχνιδάκια για τα παιδιά, κάτι που μας βοήθησε πολύ για να τα απασχολήσουμε ευχάριστα. 3 άνετα δίπλα κρεβάτια και διαθέτει και κάγκελο για τα μικρότερα παιδιά! Εύκολη πρόσβαση, ωραία περιοχή και ήσυχη! Το συστήνω ανεπιφυλαχτα!

Wir waren für 14 Tage in diesem schönen Haus,was mit viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde.Der Pool ist eine absolute Abkühlung bei extremer Hitze und lädt auch am Abend zum Verweilen ein.Wir hatten das Glück das am Haus eine Katzenmama mit ihren zwei Babys waren, die wir Holly,Rupert und Fledi nannten🤣. Einfach mega süss und uns jeden Tag am Haus begleitet haben. Wer es ruhig und weg vom Tourismus mag, ist genau richtig an diesem Ort. Der Sandstrand ist ca 1 km vom Haus entfernt und gerade unter der Woche Menschenleer. Selbst am Wochenende ist es kein Vergleich zu anderen Stränden. Der Sonnenuntergang ist der absolute Traum dort. Wer die Romantik genießen möchte sollte sich das einfach ansehen.Wir hatten tolle 14 Tage und eine grosse Erholung erleben dürfen. Gleich gegenüber sind auch super nette Nachbarn die uns einmal helfen mussten.Alles in allem für uns ein gelungener Urlaub und wir kommen hier gerne wieder her. Danke für Alles an Maria,auch für den Empfang mit Melone u.Wasser🌸🌸🌸
