Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Charming independent studio with fireplace, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard. Located between the Fontainebleau Forest hiking trails and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

Visit, see shows, have a drink... treat yourself!

Small duplex in the city center

Nogent sur Seine is a town in the Aube (10), located 20 km from Provins and 100 km from Paris. This small, warm and cozy duplex is located on the 1st floor near the church in Nogent sur Seine. Renovated, it remains a stigma of his old life, the stairs are very narrow and steep, and the steps are short. It was still renovated by Maytop (Lépine contest), who secured it thanks to nuts of non-slip steps. However, I do not recommend it to children.

In an old farmhouse, very charming, with its touch of modernity You can enjoy the garden and its deckchairs for the beautiful sunny days and you can enjoy the above ground pool. The house is 500m walk from the TER to Paris and 1 hour by bus to Marne la Vallée.

Le Prieuré is a beautiful refurbished apartment located in the city center of Provins. Close to all amenities and less than 10 minutes from the train station, everything is within walking distance ( medieval city and its historical monuments, shops, restaurants ... ). Come and enjoy a relaxing moment in a tidy, quiet apartment in the heart of the city that can accommodate up to 4 guests. Apartment not suitable for people with disabilities.

Cottage close to Provins

Nice place for nature and simplicity lovers. The cottage is located in our garden and to access it, you have to take the paved path. Composed of two rooms, in the first is the living room equipped with a kitchen area with dining table and 2 chairs, as well as a sofa area and TV. Then, in the second, there is the bedroom furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk, with a shower room right next door. (Non-smoking accommodation)
