Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

we are in a very quiet little village with a bread and pizza shop nearby as well as a self-service grocery store open 24 hours a day. the gîte has its own private parking. a garden with a shelter with a living room and dining table. the accommodation has everything you need to eat on site (dishes, cooking utensils, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, tea towels...) one bedroom for 3 people. Bed linen provided and toiletries (towels, hair dryer).
