Monthly Rentals in Chain Hills

Such a lovely spot, felt very homely and was described exactly as it was. Host was flexible with checking in/out which was great. About 15 mins drive from Dunedin centre which was perfect for us. Would go back any time!

Greg is an amazing host who helped us feel right at home from the get go. We’ll surely be missing his warm hospitality, beautiful home, and adorable animals in the days to come. We hope to stay at Greg’s home again if we get to return to Dunedin someday.

The cabin was beautiful and tucked away in a peaceful area. The sound of the birds and the waves from the room make you feel right at home. Eva was a very welcoming and helpful host. Thank you for a wonderful stay! Madeline.

Great location for our purposes, excellent facilities with bedroom and separate lounge/kitchenette and separate bathroom/makeup area. Very clean and tidy. Steph is perfect host.
