Our 3* gîte "A pas de Loup" was created in 2023 in a traditional Burgundy building (35m2). It has all the comforts for a family of 4 and comprises: *On the first floor: -A living room equipped with a kitchenette and all the necessary appliances refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher...) -a shower room / WC with walk-in shower, washing machine and dryer. *Upstairs, a bedroom with a bed (160x200) and a sofa for 2 people (140x200). Each level is equipped with a TV. Free Wi-Fi is available. The gîte is located on a young, family-run wine estate created in 2012, Domaine des Loups, which has been producing family vines for several generations in the Morey-St-Denis appellation area. By appointment, you'll have the pleasure of tasting the estate's wines. (Tasting fee applies unless purchased.) During the harvest and vinification period, we are unable to offer tastings. On the estate, you'll find a relaxation area where you can enjoy your breakfast or meals. A playground is available on site for the enjoyment of younger guests. Pets are welcome in the accommodation, whatever their size or weight. The property is fully fenced. You can park your vehicle on our porch, and our gate will be locked. You'll be sure to keep an exceptional memory of this charming place. Our gite is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

The independent 37m2 apartment is located in the city center of Chagny, on the 1st floor of our house. It has a bedroom with sheets, a bathroom with towels, a living room with a sofa, TV, Netflix, 3 ceiling fans, and mosquito nets. The kitchen is equipped with an oven + microwave, fridge-freezer, and espresso machine. There are all kinds of shops nearby, the Sunday morning market is 90 m away, the train station is 200 m away, and the Lameloise restaurant is 120 m away, as well as other restaurants

Relax in this quiet and stylish place to stay on the second floor, in the heart of Mercurey, close to shops, a bakery, a restaurant, a tobacco shop, a newsstand, a butcher, a pastry shop, and a deli. 15 minutes from Chalon and 20 minutes from Beaune Laundry room with washing machine, dryer and ironing equipment available outside the accommodation upon request. Independent check-in under supervision. For added security, the building's entrance hall is under video surveillance.

Near Beaune, a few kilometers from the Wine Route, you can enjoy a relaxing, quiet stay in "la ptite maison" Old renovated house ideal for 1 person or 1 couple. A main room with a living area, sofa (cannot be used as a bed), TV, Wi-Fi and a dining area. This room is separated by 1 glass wall where there is a double bed and a wardrobe. We offer our haven of peace in the heart of Burgundy in Saint Mard de Vaux, 25 minutes from Chalon and 30 minutes from Beaune. Quiet and relaxing accommodation in an old barn that we have fully restored. Guests can enjoy the hiking trails that pass at the foot of the accommodation. For wine lovers, you have nearby the Route des Grands Crus which crosses the most prestigious part of the Burgundy vineyard.

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.
