Come and spend a peaceful stay in this cottage that can accommodate up to 6 people, with all the necessary amenities in an idyllic and rejuvenating setting, close to Chablis, Auxerre, Vézelay or the Nivernais Canal. The vineyards all around the village and several hectares of cherry trees, and other fruit trees are appreciated by walkers.

Located in the Yonne on the edge of the Côte d 'Or and Aube, Maison Marguerite welcomes you for a refreshing stay, in the middle of the Burgundy countryside. The modern two bedroom, two bathroom accommodation is housed in an ancient barn attached to the owner’s house. Set among peaceful gardens and with a private terrace enjoying river frontage the property, whilst being within easy walking distance of all the local amenities, is a haven of tranquility.

Our apartment is conveniently located in the heart of the historic center and 2 steps from the Clock Tower. In this former mansion, located on the ground floor with its private terrace, you can enjoy the calm while being close to the liveliness of the city center. Completely renovated, this accommodation has a bedroom and a very comfortable sofa bed for a stay for 2 or with family. (2 adults and 2 children)

This loft is the perfect balance between old and modern , Masangis local stone on the ground, artisanal metal staircase... The vaulted cellar (second bed with 140x200 sofa bed) equipped with a Home cinema with more than 100 HD films projected on video projector.

With a surface area of 80 m2, it is spacious, warm and comfortable and has a charming outdoor space. This house is ideal in any season, both to recharge your batteries but also to visit Chablis. All shops, restaurants, cellars and estates are within walking distance.

Angèle and Jérôme are happy to welcome you in the middle of the Chablis vineyard with all the comforts that a house can offer. The kitchen is fully furnished and equipped, you can also enjoy a plancha, the air-conditioned veranda as well as if you wish, by contacting us, a discovery and tasting of Chablis. In addition and subject to availability, breakfast can be served.

Our house is located in the heart of the city center, right next to the Town Hall Square and the clock, in a quiet and not very busy one-way street, with a garden that is not overlooked. The location is ideal for visiting the city on foot and enjoying the shops of the nearby city center (bakery, chocolate shop, wine cellar, wine bar, restaurants, shops etc.).

This Little cottage (historic French farmhouse) surrounded by a big garden on both sides of the building, private and peaceful. There is one full “appartement” with salon, kitchen, bathroom. A third person’s bed can be set up in the salon. The large fruit orchard holds another cottage which we also rent to nature-loving guests.
