Holiday rentals with a patio in Chã Grande

I spent the holiday of Holy Week with the family in the apartment and everyone loved it! The place is very simple, as shown in the photos, but it is super cozy, we are already crazy to return!! The leisure area of Manibu is immense, well worth an exploration.

The accommodation at Dayse's property was exceptional, at no time we went through problems, we were super welcome in the building by the staff and she was an excellent local guide guiding us about the events of the condominium. Regarding the accommodation itself, the FLAT complies with the proposal offered and goes beyond, we were extremely surprised in a good sense both with the place, with the people and with the view of the balcony that in addition to providing a great breeze during our lodging provided access to a beautiful little garden! We will definitely indicate the corner of Dayse as we are already planning our return!

As for Paula and the flat, no complaints, we had no problems, she was very attentive, kind and the Beautiful and cozy flat! Super recommended! Only the condominium pool was not suitable for swimming, but that is the responsibility of the administration. Other than that, it was a wonderful weekend! Thanks to Paula for her attention!

I would like to put on record my sincere thanks to Socorro, for her education, patience and humanity. I had confused the dates of the reservation. I was desperate at the time. I was with the whole family in a rental car. Imagine... But Socorro was extremely humane and polite. Since the flat, thank God, was available on the wrong day I went, Socorro calmed me down, released the date on the Airbnb calendar and we were able to change the reservation and enter the apartment. In the end, it all worked out. Thanks to God and Socorro. And about the flat, impeccable! Very well-equipped and decorated.

Fernando is to be congratulated on the organization and cleaning of your flat. It was all as it had been for us. I also highlight the great indications of snacks, walks and meals. Communication was always very quick. Great experience for my family.

The condominium is good, excellent location including the banks of BR232 but could be better taken care of, even though it is an old condominium, lack of care is clear. As for the apartment, the place is good and has cooking utensils, only the microwave was not working.

We chose the Iara flat to stay at Villa Hipica, sincerely it was the best cost-benefit. villa Hipica is simply wonderful for children who enjoy activities. I went with 3 children and my husband, the local staff is wonderful. There is programming on the holidays from 09h until 9pm. My children loved and consequently we TB. they were able to participate in all the activities of the site. With regards to hosting, everything was fine. The place had everything we needed, it was clean. The unforeseen events that occurred (the air was working) Iara promptly solved. always quickly to answer and solve. the only problem is that unfortunately (and this is not the fault of the host) this part of the flats was a horrible smell of feces, this because the lake was drying and the smell of organic matter was spreading.... We could not make use of the balcony or the pool in front of the flat, which did not prevent us from enjoying it, would return again!
