This 75 m² house with unobstructed views offers a natural and soothing setting 5 minutes from Puy-en-Velay and Polignac. Completely renovated house, outdoor garden with trees and flowers. The winegrower's house includes 2 bedrooms (possibility to lend an inflatable mattress if 3 children or a cot with mattress), a kitchen/dining room, a living room, a bathroom with separate toilet and a laundry room. You will enjoy the outdoors with a terrace, balcony and garden areas.

Bienvenue au moulin de l'Age dans le petit village de Vourzac. Nous vous accueillons dans un charmant meublé spacieux de 80 m², attenant à notre proprieté, pour 1 à 4 pers. Dans le cadre verdoyant, bercé par le ruisseau, vous apprécierez la quiétude, la fraîcheur du lieu. Chauffage au poêle à granules, non compris dans le tarif de location, 6€ par sac de granules.
