Our house is located in Lajen-Ried, at 780 meters above sea level, on the sunny southern slope at the entrance to the Val Gardena - the ideal starting point for your skiing and hiking vacation. Lajen-Ried is a scattered settlement surrounded by fields, meadows and forests. The immediate surroundings are a dream setting for hikers and cyclists. Enjoy your vacation in nature, walking, mushrooming or cycling in the forest. We are located in the heart of South Tyrol and are very centrally located.

Enjoy the wonderful views of the Santner, Schlern and the village of Siusi allo Sciliar! On the spacious terrace you can soak up the sun, eat and relax at the end of the day. The apartment is located on the edge of the forest and is the perfect starting point for hikes. Within walking distance you can reach the bus stop to the Alpe di Siusi cable car.

You can consciously experience nature again, listen to the birdsong and breathe the clean air. Our organic farm is characterized by animal welfare. In the sunny village of Lajen, only 500 m from our farm, you will find 2 churches, 3 inns, 1 pizzeria, 2 shops, 1 baker, 1 butcher, 1 pharmacy, 1 bank.

The charming "Family Apartment Alpe" is part of the "Unterkehrhof" residence, a typical South Tyrolean house at the entrance to the famous Val Gardena, centrally located near popular sights such as the Alpe di Siusi. The house overlooking the Dolomites opposite is the ideal starting point for longer and shorter hikes.
