Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

Conveniently located in Prezza, nicknamed the 'Balcony of Abruzzo', the apartment is a light open plan airy space with a well equipped kitchen and sofa bed for guests with children, centrally heated and with air conditioning. There is a modern bathroom with shower cubicle, wifi and US TV channels are available free of use.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

It is located in "Le Scalate", a green residential area in Villa Celiera, within Gran Sasso-Monti della Laga National Park, between Mt. Morrone and Merletti di Villa Celiera rocky spurs, with views of the surrounding mountains, and is also a few kilometres from the Piana del Voltigno. Pescara and the beach are 40km away.

You will find serenity, privacy, lots of greenery, roses, enchanting views, proximity to the Simbruini Mountains Regional Park, excursions, the magnificent Subiaco with its Benedictine monasteries, an introduction to the art of wood carving, the possibility of eating under a wisteria pergola, listening to good music, love and many books. There is a path that starts from the property that crosses the woods.
