Fully equipped duplex villa near the sea in Çeşme

Our villa is a duplex and consists of a living room, an American kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (+ WC) on the upper floor and 1 toilet on the lower floor. It is suitable for families and groups of multiple people due to the equipment and furnishings the house has. There are two balconies, upper and lower, and a large backyard. There is no parking problem. The closest beach is 10 minutes, the Ildir-Çeşme minibus stop is 1 minute, and two supermarkets are about 3-5 minutes on foot. 10 minutes to Ilıca-Alaçatı, 12 minutes to Ildir by car.

You will love it, you can burn your barbecue very comfortably. The items are new and in the luxury group. 2.5 km to Ilica beach, 4 minutes by car. 3.5 km to Alacati, 5 minutes by car. Cesme marina, Migros, bus station are 2 minutes away. It has a private garage. The location is painted. 800 m to the sea. The POOL is in use in summer and winter, there is Netflix, the photos are up to date

Within walking distance are Boyalık beach, the famous Ayayorgi bay and beach clubs, chain markets, pharmacy, DIY market, shopping mall, cinema and Çeşme market. Alaçatı 8-10 minutes. 8-10 minutes to the hot spring.
