This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

Spend your day enjoying a walk in the beautiful Parco Sempione and visiting the city's landmarks (all below a 20min walk). At night this area transforms in one of the trendiest in Milan, with a great variety of restaurants and bars. Be aware that since the apartment is in a liberty building from 1924 there is no elevator.

Located inside a typical historic building, it guarantees silence and privacy despite the privileged and central location.

Your host and winemaker Matteo Piccinini has his vineyards here and he will make you feel completely at home. We have decorated our villa Hotel Chic while retaining the characteristic elements. During the season, you can also visit the public swimming pool, where there is a wonderful event every day.

It is an ancient building dating back to the end of the 1800s, completely renovated in all its parts, respecting the structure of the period, just completed. The bedroom, with exposed beams, is very charming, has a balcony that allows a spectacular view of the plain on one side and the hills on the other. In the living room, the period wood-burning fireplace has been preserved and in the adjacent woodshed, you will find firewood.

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
