There are outdoor electric blinds on the windows. The house is located on the outskirts of Olomouc in a quiet location by the Bystřice River, which is lined with a bike path. Great for walks. Enjoy your own bathroom with a beautiful bathtub, a spacious kitchen and a place to relax or work. The accommodation is also suitable for longer periods, because you will find everything here as you would at home. Washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, coffee maker, hob and oven. Nearby is the Pastviny reservoir, the remarkable Studenecké skály rocks and other attractions of the Orlické Mountains, such as the famous ski resorts of České Petrovice, Dolní Morava (Trail in the Clouds, the longest suspension bridge in the world "Sky bridge"), Čenkovice, the Zemská brána nature reserve, the village of Neratov with a pilgrimage church with a unique glass roof, a brewery. We built our mini house Pod Ořechy to maintain the maximum possible level of privacy and tranquility. It stands right next to a sheep enclosure and has a wonderful view of the forests and meadows. The cottage is small, but thoughtfully designed. It is located on a fenced property so that your four-legged pets can come with you. On the property you will also find a private Finnish wood-burning sauna with a romantic view, which you can use without restrictions. Inside you will find a comfortable bed, a full bathroom and a kitchenette.

We created the "Za górami za lasami" settlement out of love for the mountains, mornings with views of the peaks and a passion for hiking and MTB. If it is important for you to immerse yourself in nature, but at the same time you are looking for a place that will give you access to attractions such as trekking routes, bicycle routes or ski lifts, then we are for you. It is a place for families with children, groups of friends or singles, as long as you value nature and peace. The settlement is located in the Śnieżnicki Landscape Park.

Our cottage from 1895 is located in the heart of Jeseníky in Vrba pod Pradědem with a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. The cottage is surrounded by beautiful Jeseník nature and a short distance away the forest begins. The large garden provides tranquility, from which there is a beautiful view, whether from the terrace or from the pond at the bottom. There are countless opportunities for walks, hikes or bike rides. It is ideal to combine them with resting in the shade of a flowering apple tree in the garden.

The Studio Apartment is an independent, two-storey space of over 80m2, with a separate entrance and terrace. Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will accommodate a family, a group of friends, two couples, or even two families. You will find a spacious fireplace with a seating area with large glazing for playing with children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining room for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.

Tré is a designer cabin where we focus on detail and comfort. You can relax in the private outdoor panoramic wood-fired sauna. Tré is ready for both cooking and cleaning. Of course there is an espresso machine (coffee included), a bluetooth Bose speaker, or tall American spring beds. Heating by fireplace, underfloor heating in the bathroom. Free parking is available directly under the cottage.
