Everything was exactly as described – the accommodation was very clean and tidy. We particularly liked the beautiful garden with the pleasant scent of the flowering jasmine plants - this created a really relaxing atmosphere. Another big plus was the private and secure parking directly at the house – this gave us an additional feeling of security and comfort, especially when arriving and departing. Overall, we felt very comfortable and really enjoyed the time there. Thank you very much, Carlo, for the hospitality and the loving design of the place. We will be happy to come back!

Definitely the great experience! The apartment itself is big enough and very stylish. The terrace is well equipped and very green, so you don't feel yourself to be in the city. From the other hand it s 15-20 minutes to city center by subway or tram - great combination. Cinzia is a lovely host, very open, helpful and flexible. Active and prompt communication from her side helped a lot. I'm looking forward to visit Cinzia again when in Milano

We felt very comfortable, the apartment was super clean. Alberto was super attentive, inquired about our condition, flexible check-in was no problem at all. The accommodation is about 20 minutes by car from the centre of Milan. We would recommend anyone to stay here.

Environmentally conscious: eco-friendly cleaning products and recycling bins. It offers coffee capsules and honey for breakfast. Thermometer and wound disinfectant in the bathroom. Board games and canvas painting. The lighting in the apartment is wonderful, and opening the windows lets in a little air. Access to air conditioning. Wi-Fi. Slippers for lounging around the house. And the beds are very comfortable!!!! the floor is impeccable for walking barefoot. The atmosphere is quiet, and you can hear birds in the morning when you open the window. I appreciate that there is a toaster, and a dishwasher so as not to waste time scrubbing. Next to the apartment there is takeaway food: the Parmiggiana is finger-licking good. The bathroom is spotless and there are plenty of towels of different sizes. Also a dryer! The library is full of very interesting books. L'arte di amare is a standout. Clarissa left a plastic toy spring too. My son enjoyed it a lot. Television with YouTube (no channels).

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

Extremely nice and clean apartment in a nice area, found a nice restaurant and quickly had an Uber to the center of Milan, the arrival was nice and the instructions were clear, the car could be parked safely and we got very good tips about nice eateries nearby, thank you very much for the hospitality and we will definitely come back again.

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

The apartment is very nice and bright, as it appears in the photos. The bed is very comfortable and spacious. They provided us with a cot and a high chair for our baby. The kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with Paolo has been great.

My sister and I feel Fdp’s place is in the perfect location. It’s about 3mins to the metro, which goes directly to the city center, Duomo, many restaurants and pizzerias, shopping centers, etc. He was very responsive and helpful, friendly and gave clear instructions and directions. He responded really fast as well. Great customer service. The place was just like the pictures, neat, had everything listed, and even recommendations on where to go, places to visit and eat, as well as a map of Milan. We would always book this whenever we are in Milan. It is perfect.

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

pros of the place: clean house, parking garage, peaceful location, welcome goodie bag, clean sheets and towels, air conditioner, washing machine, dishwasher, full kitchenette. cons: too many keys to manage...maybe keep them in the car. overall i would say good for a couple with baby.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).
