Great place to stay! Everything was clean, we had everything we needed, well-equipped kitchen and garden- nice to sit with grill :) pool in summer. Nice walks around the neighborhood. Very kind hosts, we recommend, we will be sure to come back again. Thanks for having a great Easter :)

We spent the weekend as a group of 10 people. The accommodation by Veronika is perfect for this. You have a lot of space, a hot tub, a lake, and a fireplace in the living room. Additionally, it's only 10 minutes away from České Budějovice, which also offers a lot of opportunities. The only negative aspect about the apartment was the radiator which was too loud during the night. After talking to Veronika about it, she quickly came over and turned it off. Thanks for that! :)

We absolutely loved our stay in the house. It felt like a home away from home. Gabriela provided lots of information and quickly responded to any question we had. The area is so peaceful and there is lots to see and do. Thank you Gabriela and Sona!

We felt very comfortable. The stairs are very steep and with the children at night a bit more challenging for the toilet trip, but otherwise there are many play opportunities and toys for the little ones.

A super chalet with mega views, a mega beautiful view of the mountains with really pure and great air. For people who want to enjoy complete peace and quiet, it's the best option. We felt very comfortable in the house. Everything was clean and lovingly furnished. The most important utensils were available, even toys and a travel cot, as well as children's plates and mugs were to be found. Communication was quick, easy, and friendly. Surroundings is quiet with a great backdrop on the lake.

Our stay with Matthias was just great! He was super friendly, always available and really took care of everything – he even got us an oyster knife. Already in advance, he provided us with great restaurant tips and informed us about delivery options. Even the offer to bring ordered food to the cabin shows how attentive and helpful he is. The place itself was clean, rustic, and at the same time perfectly equipped. But the absolute highlight was definitely the private sauna and the hot tub! Relaxing there after a long day was simply unbeatable. The cottage offers absolute privacy in the middle of a breathtaking backdrop – pure nature! And the starry sky? Just amazing! We have rarely seen it so clearly and impressively. We would recommend everyone to book these extras – it's absolutely worth it! We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

Marion is a very kind host. The apartment is modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. The sound of the neighboring creek was very pleasant for us. We will be happy to come back.

The apartment is cozy, well-equipped, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. We can wholeheartedly recommend it. We came to explore the Bohemian region and to trace some family roots, and David and his family were incredibly helpful throughout. His guidance and recommendations were invaluable and spot-on. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We felt very comfortable in the house! We were there as a family and it was great to have our own garden with barbecue and space. everything was super clean and everything worked - just like it can be seen in the pictures. You definitely need a car, as the village is far from a shot. a small kiosk by the lake is open in the evening and invites a sundowner. All in all highly recommend and the host was also totally nice! Thank you!

Veronika's house corresponded exactly to the description. We felt right at home with two families. The house was new, tasteful, there was everything we needed. Lots of excursions nearby and a very beautiful scenery. Veronika was always quickly available for our concerns, friendly communication.

The house exceeded our expectations both in the amenities, there was really everything, as well as in the loving and tasteful decoration. There were fresh roses in every room. An enchanted garden with plenty of seating completed the whole thing. We particularly enjoyed feeding the many different birds and squirrels and watching them at the various feeding stations. We've never had such a clean and perfectly equipped house where we felt so comfortable. Full score with stars.

We enjoyed our visit and the Airbnb was beautifully decorated. We found the driveway outside the bedroom window a bit loud and the security light outside the window was bright when it came on in the middle of the night.

We spent 10 days of summer vacation here House is very exceptional! The roof terrace was the highlight for us! The location of the house just down the road first irritated us a bit, but we were mostly on the road during the day and still felt comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. In the village there is a bakery, café and Edeka, which is very convenient. You are also quickly in Passau and there are many nearby excursion destinations. We had a great holiday overall. Jochen was a very nice host.
