Our cottage

Our cottage is a place for anyone who likes to recharge their batteries in nature - whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You will find it in an oak and pine forest near Borovan in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbours in the area, but they cannot be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Panorama House Lipno

Panorama House Lipno is a luxurious place where time stands still and you won't want for anything, ideal for relaxing while enjoying a panoramic view of the Lipno Dam. We pride ourselves on loyalty and discretion – here, it's just you, the fireplace and the hot tub! An outdoor hot tub for 24-hour use is included in the rental. Bed linen, hand towels and bath towels are always clean. Panorama House Lipno is located in the area of Karlovy Dvory, 3km from the village of Horní Planá for shopping opportunities. Swimming in the Lipno Reservoir at a distance of 750m.

Budka Kapradí / Birdhouse the Fern

The larch mini house is equipped with a luxurious mattress with muslin bed linen, a mini kitchen, a flushing toilet and a refurbished vintage bathtub on legs. On the terrace you will find a seating area with a sofa, armchair and hammock. You can grill in the outdoor kitchen on an electric grill. Kapradí is one of three mini-houses in our forest oasis. We're on the outskirts of town, and we're right next to the woods. Breakfast is taken care of, there will be goodies from local growers and farms in the fridge. We are happy to give tips on walks and food.

This unique, cosy family studio is tucked away in the very heart of the historic centre of Český Krumlov. It is located on the ground floor of an authentic 16th-century house. The interior has been completely renovated, with a focus on detail, comfort and functionality. There are plenty of options in the area to spend your free time in close contact with the lake and the nature of the Šumava Protected Landscape Area. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is the unique bike trail no. 33, also called the Šumava Magistrale. Nearby there is the famous Canopy Walk, a bobsleigh track, the Lipno-Kramolín ski resort, an aquapark and a sauna world in Frymburk.
