L'alloggio esposto a nord è composto da un piccolo ingresso e da tre stanze: un'ampia e luminosa zona giorno, una camera da letto matrimoniale e un bagno con doccia. Dalla camera da letto si accede direttamente ad un terrazzino dove è possibile rilassarsi.
