L'appartamento è molto bello ed accogliente. Situato in una zona tranquilla, rimane tra Loano e Pietra Ligure, di modo che entrambe sono facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. Paola è stata molto disponibile, flessibile e amichevole nel fornire le informazioni riguardanti la riservazione. Caldamente consigliato!

We loved our 2+week stay at Casa Marisa. The apartment is well-maintained and has everything one might need including a good kitchen and two excellent contemporary en suite shower rooms. It's stylishly furnished and colourful with comfortable seating on the large terrace. We particularly liked that all rooms had doors to the terrace. It's conveniently situated for shopping, restaurants and cafés plus the beach is less than 5 minutes walk away, as is the station. Grazie, Margherita, for a great stay in beautiful Alassio.

The view is just stunning, we enjoyed breakfast and evening meals on the balcony; with views like that we preferred to cook ourselves in the evening, after long days exploring the area we wanted to make the most of the peace and the sound of the sea! The apartment has everything you need for a fantastic stay, kitchen very well equipped, including basic condiments. Bed was super comfortable. Lift to the small “wilderness” beach directly below the property is an experience, it does cost 45€ extra (payable on arrival), but you can ride it as many times as you want! Beach very quiet during the week off season, but we arrived on a Sunday and it was packed. You definitely need a car if staying here, car parking is very secure. There are a couple of restaurants less than 10 mins walk, and then a few more in the port, but Ventimiglia Alta does feel quite “tired”, probably a different vibe in high season though! We would definitely stay again, a great base, very relaxing. Thanks Cristina

J’ai toujours trouvé que finale était un petit paradis sur terre et j’ai été ravi de pouvoir faire découvrir cette ville et cette région à ma fille… L’appartement était très propre et très fonctionnel… Stéphania à était parfaite, disponible, réactive et très courtoise. Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte in questo splendido appartamento, ma è bastata per apprezzarne tutte le qualità. Eravamo in quattro amiche e ci siamo trovate benissimo: l’appartamento è molto ampio e dispone di due camere matrimoniali comodissime, entrambe con una vista stupenda sul mare. Di notte, a finestre chiuse, si riesce a sentire il rumore delle onde. La posizione è perfetta: vicinissimo al parcheggio, al centro di Pietra Ligure e alla spiaggia. Sara è stata fin da subito gentilissima e molto disponibile. Le sue indicazioni sono state sempre chiare e precise. Sicuramente lo terremo in considerazione per i nostri prossimi viaggi in zona.

Tolle Unterkunft, mitten in der Stadt, zahlreiche Restaurants, Cafés und Läden in unmittelbarer Nähe. Dennoch sehr ruhige Nächte gehabt. Die perfekte Unterkunft, um Sanremo zu erleben. Sehr netter Gastgeber!

Perfect place to start our trip. We enjoyed the beautiful view of the Mediterranean from the balcony. With two teenage boys, we could spread out in the 3 bedrooms. We went swimming and had yummy gelato and delicious dinner at Il Guercio Food & Drink in Finalborgo (medieval village). The host was extremely responsive pre-trip and during our stay. The apartment was very clean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Slept to the sound of the ocean. Wonderful! Highly recommend. Just as described 😁

Underbar lägenhet med fantastiskt utsikt. Roberta va en väldigt trevlig och tillmötesgående värd. Härligt pool område och nära till mysig strand och liten by, även nära till tågstation för enkel pendling till andra trevliga närliggande byar/städer. 10/10 accomodation!

Top Unterkunft + tolle Gastgeberin Highlights: - Alles war sehr sauber, sodass man sich sehr wohl fühlt. - Das Apartment ist direkt (50m Fussweg) am Meer (privater Strand + nettes Café) gelegen. - Die Kommunikation mit Isabella war einfach, klar und freundlich. Weiteres: - Das Apartment wirkt auf den ersten Blick etwas klein, aber aufgrund der Organisation hat man alles (wir waren mit unserem Baby da und die Wohnung hat für ein paar Tage Ferien ausgereicht). Wir würden das Apartment bei einem erneuten Sanremo-Trip wieder buchen.

Mein Mann und ich waren jetzt gerade eine Woche in der Suite von Andy und sind immer noch total begeistert....es ist eine sehr geschmackvolle Suite, modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht,es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.Andy war übers Handy zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und auch sehr daran interessiert ob alles für uns in Ordnung ist.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Nadia est une hôte très accueillante, très réactive, ses instructions sont très claires. Le logement est très bien situé dans une résidence très calme, avec une vue magnifique de ses deux terrasses. Il est également très propre et très lumineux, son équipement correspond parfaitement à la description, rien ne manque. La piste cyclable au bas de la résidence, la mise à disposition de vélos et le garage pour la voiture en sous sol sont des atouts de choix, (sans oublier la piscine). Bref, grâce à Nadia, nous avons passés un excellent séjour de deux semaines à Sanremo et ses alentours. Nous recommandons sans hésiter le logement de Nadia. Un grand merci à Nadia.

Location splendida! Posizione e vista valgono il viaggio! Appartamento molto comodo per la nostra famiglia (6 adulti e una bimba!). Valentina e la sua famiglia sono stati sempre disponibili e molto accoglienti! Grazie di cuore per il bellissimo soggiorno!

Très bel appartement que celui proposé par Carlotta et Paolo, magnifique environnement avec vue sur mer. Le jardin est un vrai plus. Carlotta a été très accueillante, souriante, sympathique, flexible et réactive. Nous avons donc passé un très bon long week end, beaucoup de visites aux alentours. Le vieux cervo est très charmant. Donc un endroit à conseiller.

Anna ist eine sehr herzliche und nette Dame. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause . Die Wohnung ist mega gepflegt und sauber. In der Wohnung sind auch alle Sachen die man braucht. Es fehlt an nichts. Die Wohnung ist an einer super Lage. Die Garage ist auch Goldwert und hat genug Platz. Wir kommen sicher wieder. Liebe Grüße

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön und angenehm. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. In der Küche hat man alles was man braucht. Der Ausblick ist wirklich schön und etwas besonderes. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und unsere Zeit in der Wohnung genossen.

our 2nd stay with Tiziana and certainly not our last! Located right next to the beach, shops and supermarkets makes it extremely convenient. Tiziana is very responsive and welcoming. We look forward to staying with her again soon!

We spent the last couple of days of our vacation here and we wish we had spent more time… Beautiful spot with amazing views overlooking the neighborhood and the Mediterranean. Igor’s communication was top notch and he was very helpful prior and during our stay! The new bathroom renovation was beautiful too! We won’t ever forget our stay here!

Wir vermissen die Tage und die wunderschöne Aussicht von der Terrasse. Wir waren fast ausschliesslich zu Fuss bis in die Innenstadt von Ventimiglia ca. 15 Minuten (zur Markhalle, zum Eisessen und bis zum Bahnhof) und mit der Bahn (Fahrt nach Menton und Monaco) unterwegs. Für uns perfekt. Der kleine Strand unterhalb des Hauses war bezaubernd und wir waren fast jeden Abend schwimmen. Claudia ist eine Top-Gastgeberin. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
