Apartment completely renovated in 2023. Quiet accommodation and close to public transportation. By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

Delightful apartment with river view, newly renovated adjacent to the beautiful Talon Park and Chiusa Park. Located in a very green and quiet area, it is just 20 minutes by bus from the center of Bologna and only 3 km from the Unipol Arena and the Dallara Stadium. It is also less than a 10-minute walk from the Villa Chiara Nursing Home. Composed of a fully equipped kitchen, living room, double bedroom, bathroom and a study room where you can also work remotely. NO SMOKING
