We spent 2 weeks in August in this house. We found the calm we were looking for in a beautiful environment. The house and its equipment are at the top (as described). We did not suffer from the heat thanks to the shade of the trees and the biothermia of the house. Communication with Joelle and Bernard was very easy and enjoyable. Beautiful little Provencal villages to visit in the area or on the other side of the Luberon. We recommend this property +++ Enjoy!

What an extraordinarily beautiful and unusual place to stay ! beautifully renovated, lofty vaulted ceilings, great bathrooms with tubs and large showers, lovely fixtures, just the right balance of modern and antique. I wish I could have come in the summer to enjoy the rooftop swimming pool and champagne on the upper balcony overlooking the lands and hills beyond. - Amazingly I was able to get through the very very narrow streets climbing up to the castle and down from it. I had to fold in my side mirrors (I was driving a 9 seater Renault Traffic). It was a bit iffy, but I through (with encouragement from locals) and didn't scratch it at all! - Also, everyone we met in the village was gracious and friendly. Sophie was lovely by email and her neighbor Caroline was there to meet us - easy to arrange our arrival time, and helpful.
