Our two-tiered approach

A lovely bright house right next to Notre Échelle 1. With a swimming pool in the garden with a large sun terrace. In 2024, it was converted into a vacation home where you will find a combination of old elements from the adjacent farm with new elements such as a new kitchen and bathroom. The house is on the outskirts of the village of Alluy at the foot of the Morvan. The old village school

The old school/schoolmaster's house is on the edge of a tiny village where there's no shop, no café, so you’ll need a car. It's very rural here, with views across the gently undulating countryside from the school. Two small towns with supermarkets - La Machine and Cercy-la-Tour, are both about 11 kilometres away. Decize, a much larger town on the Loire, is about 18 km away. There are two double bedrooms, and another small one with a triple-layer bunk bed suitable for children.

Het ligt geheel vrij en hoog met uitzicht over heuvels en bossen, dichtbij het natuurpark " Morvan ".In het huis zijn alle oude eiken balken nog zichtbaar aanwezig en zijn de oude details zoveel mogelijk bewaard gebleven, wel is dit huis van alle gemakken voorzien met een ommuurde tuin met palmen en olijfbomen met terras en jacuzzi.
