Villa del Pezzino (private beach)

The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

The house has already been appreciated by climbing enthusiasts at the nearby Muzzerone site.

Located near the path nr 1 (AV5T), you can reach Riomaggiore and Portovenere by trekking through the paths with a splendid view. It also has the convenience of arriving with the car under the house, the recommended way to reach us. 10 minutes by car from La Spezia and even less from Riomaggiore. Free parking on site.

The terrace overlooking the sea🌊is a small apartment that belonged to my great-great-grandfather👴🏻, located in the picturesque port of Riomaggiore. The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.

It is the perfect destination for 2 families with kids because there are 4 rooms and 2 of them are with bunk beds. You will be surrounded by nature, tranquillity and beauty!

Ideal location for those who want to visit our beautiful Gulf of Poets and the Cinque Terre.
