Podere Montevalle's Clubhouse

Rustic and elegant, surrounded by nature. The Clubhouse of Podere Montevalle is a historic agricultural building, partly stone from the mid-19th century and partly brick from the early 20th century. Once the clubhouse of our equestrian center, it blends ancient charm with modern comfort. Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Ideal for relaxation, visiting art cities, and enjoying outdoor sports.

The Gem of Parma

Comfortable and bright house with veranda terrace on which to enjoy a great breakfast. Relax on a comfortable double bed, on the living room sofa in front of the TV or on the deckchair on the terrace. Welcome to our cozy attic, located in the center of Soragna, in the heart of the Verdi region, just a few steps from the historic Rocca Meli Lupi. The apartment offers two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and the other with an authentic Japanese futon (one and half size), for a unique sleeping experience. It also provides Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer, perfect for longer stays.

Studio for one or two people

The apartment is located in the Oltretorrente neighborhood, in the historic center, close to all the areas of socio-cultural interest in the city. Recently renovated, it is on the second floor of an old monastery served by an elevator. The studio, despite being modest in size, includes a full kitchen, a large dining table, a single bed and 1/2 (120cm wide and comfortable even for two people) and a truly luxurious bathroom.
